Lead Guard

Your site already emails you when someone submits a form. Lead Guard adds a second, independent alert in Slack, so a missed email doesn't mean a missed inquiry. Each alert shows the form name, the time and a link to your submissions, and the app shows whether every alert was delivered, failed or is unknown, so a broken Slack connection doesn't go unnoticed. Lead Guard doesn't change your existing email notifications or spam settings, and it can't alert you about submissions that are never recorded.
