Exceptional level of support

I found some features of the app not straightforward to use and had problems integrating Weglot in WIX. But the ultra responsive service helped me solve the problems and didn't get tired of explaining everything to a non-tech person like me. Highly recommend as it's working perfectly now!

Great service solving problems

Weglot tech support is providing great customer service solving problems. It's complicated software and problems arise; we expect this. Their tech support jumps right in, communicates well, listens carefully, and problems both the solution and recommends for reading articles they've prepared. I look forward to working with them again!

Great translations!

Translations are very accurate and easy to setup. Had a minor issue with translating "Catagory page" in Wix. But a quick support email to Weglot sorted that within minutes. Great program and great support!

Excellent interface for translation

The AI translation is excellent.On top of this weglot offers a host of functionalities from an intuitive interface with ample help content. Got almost immediate response from support using email.The support was thorouth and it waw emails back and forth much like a chat!

Free version so far so good

I just have a landing page for now for my triathlon online coaching platform. Weglot works for me for now that I am using the free version. I had one interaction with customer support and the experience was very good. The free version is great. Only caveat might be when I want to add a third language and will have to start paying a subscription. I think the service is too expensive for the value that you get. Especially for small businesses.

I want to add that I had a problem with text alignement and not knowing how to use the site properly and the support was very helpful!

Several issues.

App isn't working properly - pages aren't being translated and whenever I try to access the settings it just goes to a white page and won't load.

Outstanding app and support

Weglot is a superbly useful app if, like me, you need to offer your website in multi-languages. It is a breeze to instal and use, highly customisable for your own translations and, if you need help, the customer support is fast and exceptional. I give this app 11 out of 10. Überraschend gut

Bin erstaunt wie gut das funktioniert. Innert kurzer Zeit auf drei Sprachen übersetzte, wirklich jedes einzelne Wort. Der Support ist auch sehr gut, ohne diese blöden Bots kommt man direkt mir einem Angestellten in Kontakt, der einem inner weniger Stunden schreibt.

I had a couple issues setting it up and happy to report Weglot's support was very good and issue was resolved fairly quickly.

effective, easy, good translations

We had the experience translating our website from english to german, the quality of translations are simply great, just need some small adjustments that you can also automize. There are also some tech adjustments if you run dynamic sections, but tech service is simply great and fast, they will let you know how to solve in a few hours. Excellent team there, great experience with Corentin and Valentin, great staff. Extremely recommended.

First of all: this app saved and will keep on saving me hours of work. And although something did not function as I thought it would, I am still a happy customer because the friendly app team was on it immediately and solved the issue within the hour.

Great app for my website

The translations are high quality. The team is super helpful to improve dynamic content translations that are blocked by Wix. It's easy to start and test for a few weeks. As for me, I've decided to keep it.

Excellent app that works very well

I have the Pro version and it works well, although there are tricky operations that need some work to it (dynamic links to be managed) for proper translation. But no worries, the support is there for you, great and friendly! They are quickly responsive to assist you and they do it very well with high professionalism! I highly recommend this amazing app!

Very good app!

It serves you with simple integration and also sophisticated customization. Documentation could be a little better and in combination with Editor X it's a little bit a pitty, that it's not directly integrated but has to do the roundabout by the weglot-site. But once onderstood, it works like a charm

Super easy to set up! Even though I had some troubles getting it to work with the Wix Dynamic Content manager system, the friendly and fast support was just an email away from helping me and solving the issue super quick! 100% recommended

It's brilliant

I am based in Russia so need my site to be dual language English & Russian. I can't praise this app highly enough. Wasn't keen on paying for something, but it's worth every penny. Dead simple to install and set up. Extremely easy to exclude blocks of text or individual words from translation, eg, service names. And the machine translation from English into Russian is okay. I need to make a number of corrections to it, but compared to Google, the translations are a dream. Oh, and the customer service at Weglot is excellent too. I have zero technical ability and following their instructions, make the required code changes to achieve everything I need. If I can do it, anyone can.

Great app and awesome support! I was having an issue in a couple of areas, and no matter what I did I couldn't get the sections to stay translated. They were able to jump right in and fix my issue. Translations are on point (from what the native speakers tell me).

Great App and service

I was looking for an advanced service for multiple languages for my client's websites. The App is well done, fast and simple to use. I had an issue with some dynamic page translation, but the support was ready to work on it, and we fixed it together. Happy and satisfy- :-)

Who is the real expert you will understand during an emergency case / problem !!

As Wix has his own philosophy and a lot of design steps are different from others I searched an APP to solve my language problem. As the standard WIX APP was not useful at all , I found Weglot and wanted to connect my WEB Site with the Weglot tool. Truthly spoken I gave up as I tried by myself. For several reasons I could not manage and I contacted Max and Daria from Weglot. I want to point out that both were more than helpful and friendly . Daria not only helped, better she actively arranged the function of the App and solved my problem. I use now the test version and I am 100% satisfied. In one week I will increase the program for additional languages. Until today I must point out that the service of Weglot was excellent and my special " Thank You " to Daria. J.A. Semper
