MXF E-Rechnung

For businesses only, not for consumers. In Germany, businesses must be able to receive e-invoices today, and from 2028 nearly all of them must also send them to other businesses. This app creates them for you. As soon as an order is paid, you get a ZUGFeRD invoice, a normal PDF with the e-invoice inside, or an XRechnung file for public sector buyers. Refunds become credit notes automatically. You can check every document against EN 16931 with the KoSIT rules, and the app tells you in plain words what to fix. Setup takes three steps and starts with what your site settings already contain. The app handles small businesses under § 19 UStG, reverse charge and intra-community supplies. Your logo and accent color appear on every PDF, no code needed. A completeness check lists paid orders that still lack a document, and each month you download one package for your tax adviser with all documents, an invoice list and a DATEV batch. Services without a store order work too: the app turns a published invoice into the e-invoice with the same number. If you like, buyers get an email with a download link. You can also check and read e-invoices you receive; the file stays in your browser.
