the app blocked the language menu of wix multilingual
language menu didn't appear on the live site, wix support said it's because of this app, once removed the language menu worked

Looks good, but fails to block cookies before consent
I initially chose this app because of its excellent rating, but unfortunately my experience was quite different. After implementing the cookie banner, I ran a cookie scan and discovered that analytics and third-party cookies were being set BEFORE user consent. This defeats the entire purpose of a consent management tool and raises serious compliance concerns. Even more problematic: this behavior caused security tools (such as antivirus software and Norton Safe Web) to flag my website as potentially unsafe. After removing the app, the warnings disappeared immediately. As a user of the free version, there is no clear way to enforce proper prior blocking or even understand which scripts are being controlled. The app may look good on the surface, but technically it does not reliably do what it is supposed to do. I would strongly recommend verifying cookie behavior independently before trusting this tool.

Our app is built following Wix guidelines and supports proper cookie blocking (including prior blocking) even on the Free plan, so analytics or third-party cookies should not load before consent under normal conditions.
