MT: Omnibus Price History

MT: Omnibus Price History is built for Wix Stores merchants who need to show the reference price expected under the EU Omnibus Directive. When a discount is announced, Article 6a of Directive 98/6/EC asks sellers to indicate the lowest price applied during the 30 days before the reduction, and this app is designed to keep that figure current without manual work. Once installed, the app records the price of every product and variant each time it changes and keeps that history on its own servers. On a discounted item it calculates the lowest price over the reference window and adds a line beneath the price on your product page, in the language of your site. It reads your catalogue and never modifies your prices. A dashboard lists the items currently on sale with the reference price calculated for each one, alongside the recorded history, so you can check what visitors see. The wording, the length of the window and the styling can be adjusted, and seven languages are supplied. The app is a tool intended to help you present this information; decisions about your pricing and your compliance remain yours.
