I hate it
The app makes it almost impossible to cancel. It puts you in a loop to go to premium subscriptions, back to cancel, back to subscriptions, ad nauseum. Customer service tells you the same thing. It's a joke.

Awful- Billed me before my 3 day trial ended even AFTER I had cancelled! Scammed me nearly $300
So, I signed up late evening for the app service and was using the 3 day trial. (3 days= 72 hours to decide whether to keep it or not.) The app plan sign up page says (in summary) to delete the app from your WIX site before the 3 day trial is over to no be charged after the 3 day trial is up. I cancelled the trial in the way it was specified within the time limit before day 3 . (Warning: The instructions are *really* unclear too. A single short sentence is all there is to guide you on the cancelling process. No help articles either!) Lo and behold, Importify SNEAKILY CHARGED ME 2 DAYS (48 hours) INTO MY 3 DAY TRIAL!!!!! But since Importify had already started the charging process 24 hours ahead of when they should've, my bank finsished processing the transaction AFTER my cancellation! It *looked* like they waited until after the trial ended BUT the date on the invoice on WIX SHOWS I was charged on day 2!! I just called Wix's help center, explained it all, & was refunded my $294.75!

It's a joke
I would give 1/2 star but they don't have one. Tried it for 20 minutes, was a total hassle. Dumped it and was still charged. Drop shipping is mostly a waste of time anyway unless you really and I mean really know what you are doing. And then you better have a day job. But this app is one of the worse. The ratings have to be made up. There is no way this gets 5 stars, no way. I predict it will be gone once it stops producing subscribers. I paid for your education, now use it and do not waste your money. I don't need to contact your support for help. You have my billing info just refund the money for 20 minutes use and forget the whole thing.

terrible application, i purchased it because i thought it was what i was looking for but decided i didnt need it. 2 hours after a purchased it i wanted to see if i can cancel my plan and get a refund. there is no number to call just email.

The app is convenient, but has a bad impact on the wix store system.
I tried your app I can post products normally for a period of time. Which you make me very excited From the speed of importing products from other websites Come into my shop But now I don't understand why my store dashboard has been downloading so long. And the products imported by your app do not display all of the items that were imported. Right now I can't even access to update products within my dashboard. If you could suggest me a solution to this problem. I'm going to buy your app because it's convenient.

Please contact us using this link https://help.importify.com/form and we will help you. Our app cannot impact Wix interface, we upload via api product description/prices/variants, once it's imported, it's all on Wix server side. Note that we don't even know what is your store name/URL, which makes it even more difficult for us to understand what is the issue. We couldn't find any email from you, so we are not sure how to contact you back.
