Good customer service
I haven't really had the chance to start using the app yet, but so far customer service has been great. Mike responded really quickly multiple times via email, even on a Friday, thanks Mike! I plan to start using soon and will post an update with more if possible.

Seamless drop shipping! Love the app! Small glitch with Alibaba
I love the app my only issue is when I went to fulfill my order from Alibaba the link was not there to take me directly to the item purchased and when I went to order the item manually directly from the supplier it would not let me purchase the item for my customer. to fulfill the order I would have to purchase 10 items. Waiting on feedback from Importify on this issue.

Thanks for the review! We’re happy you love the app. About Alibaba: Some suppliers require a minimum order (MOQ), which may prevent single-piece orders. For best results, import only items you can buy in single pieces, or consider using a third-party warehouse to store inventory, secure better bulk prices, and manage stock directly. It's Way Better Than All Of These Other Platforms For Dropshipping
This make life so much easier the only thing is when im uploading to other websites i do have to sometime sort and order sizes and check if things are actually out of stock

This app is so far quite easy to use.Small glitches might happen from time to time but their technical support team is very responsive and helpful.They answer emails pretty quickly so if you get a problem with the app just contact them.

random pictures in copied listings
i used the app to transfer my listings from Etsy to my Wix site, but when i copied some of them it attached random pictures instead of the pictures of the listings.

Great inventory selection, Exemplary Email Response, Awesome functionality
First, due to range of product options from different sites ranging from Etsy to Amazon to Ali Express, Importify offers an endless product selection. Second, the import and edit options once you import your products are seamless; not so on other apps. And finally, the customer service support has been outstanding, especially considering it is 100% through chat and email. As with most companies of this size, talking to an agent is not part of the business model and it is the only reason I didn't give the app 5 STARS. HOWEVER, I was VERY pleasantly surprised and relieved that the support I received (in this case from Mike) was timely in that his responses were immediate AND he continually followed up to keep me updated on the status of my issue until it was resolved. So close to a 5 but I can say without hesitation that I am thrilled so far and encourage others to use this app. I just switched from from one drop ship platform to Importify due to a variety of
