    I hate it

    The app makes it almost impossible to cancel. It puts you in a loop to go to premium subscriptions, back to cancel, back to subscriptions, ad nauseum. Customer service tells you the same thing. It's a joke.

    Im clicking on 3-Day Free Trail and its charge me right away the monthly subscribtion!

      Just to clarify — our app includes a 3-day free trial, and you also have the option to upgrade right away if you wish to continue. If you upgraded before the trial ended, the charge would be applied automatically. We didn’t receive any email from you about this, but no worries — you can contact us directly at support@importify.com and we’ll be happy to issue a refund if you don’t wish to keep using the service.

    Not working

    I have used your app for the first time this week to transfer my Etsy to listings to my Wix shop and all my Etsy listings were duplicated on my Etsy account?

      Here’s a quick guide showing how simple it is: 👉 https://help.importify.com/article/140/how-to-import-products-from-etsy-to-wix Importify allows you to import products from Etsy to your Wix store — not the other way around. important: You don’t even need to log in to your Etsy account to import products. Simply visit any public Etsy product page, click the Add button, and Importify will import the product into your Wix store. If you’re seeing duplicate listings appear on your Etsy account, please note that this issue is not related to Importify’s functionality. We’d also be happy to guide you step by step — please check your inbox, as we’ve already sent you an email to help you complete the process.

    EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

    I am deeply disappointed with my experience using Importify's services. I initially requested to cancel my subscription back in September because they did not offer a digital download option that was crucial for my needs. Despite this clear cancellation request, the company continued to auto-renew my subscription until April, only issuing a refund for one month. I spent numerous hours corresponding with their support team over email, trying to resolve this matter. This oversight has not only caused financial inconvenience but also significant frustration as my cancellation and communications were consistently overlooked. I expected better customer service and accountability from a service provider like Importify.

As per Wix's help center, app subscriptions should be canceled directly from the Wix admin dashboard to avoid further charges. we are unable to refund you for the past 6 months when your subscription was active. It is the customer's responsibility to remove the app from their shop and cancel the subscription to avoid further charges.
