Good customer service
I haven't really had the chance to start using the app yet, but so far customer service has been great. Mike responded really quickly multiple times via email, even on a Friday, thanks Mike! I plan to start using soon and will post an update with more if possible.

Seamless drop shipping! Love the app! Small glitch with Alibaba
I love the app my only issue is when I went to fulfill my order from Alibaba the link was not there to take me directly to the item purchased and when I went to order the item manually directly from the supplier it would not let me purchase the item for my customer. to fulfill the order I would have to purchase 10 items. Waiting on feedback from Importify on this issue.

Thanks for the review! We’re happy you love the app. About Alibaba: Some suppliers require a minimum order (MOQ), which may prevent single-piece orders. For best results, import only items you can buy in single pieces, or consider using a third-party warehouse to store inventory, secure better bulk prices, and manage stock directly.
