Family Plans: Group Membership

A swim club sells a family pass. One parent pays, and four people should get into the pool. Pricing plans give access to the buyer only, so owners hand out free plans by hand and forget to take them back when the parent stops paying. Family Plans does both jobs. Pick a plan you sell, say how many people one purchase covers and whether the buyer counts as one of them. The app makes a free, hidden plan for family members. Give it the same benefits once, then add members to a buyer's family by name or email. When the buyer cancels or the plan ends, every family member loses access with them. Members can be removed or swapped, and the seat count stays right. If someone finds the hidden plan's link and buys it directly, the order is canceled within seconds and listed in Activity. The free plan covers one family plan with up to 3 people per purchase. Premium covers every plan and up to 50 people, lets buyers add their own family by sending a form on your site, keeps the full seat history, and exports all families as a CSV. Family members must be site members, so they sign up first. Works for families, households, teams and classes.
