Worked fine but still getting bill $29 after I canceled.

Making it really hard to cancel this app. Still getting billed $29. It's not installed on my site. I have to to reinstall and add a new store. No way to cancel it on wix. I have no access to the app or dashboard. This is completely insane. I can't cancel it. Filed a claim.

Been A Nightmare For Me

First, 90% of my members that signed up for the program have only themselves listed under them, and are getting commission for only their own orders, which they then try to cash out. Sometimes I have to tell 5 people in a day that no they can't refer themselves and I cannot give them commission for their own orders. Since the tracking is in the browser I can remove them from their own list, but next time they login it will just add them again. I wish there was a way to prevent it. Then from what I can only figure is some sort of glitch, something will trigger that will add the next 5 people or so that order under a random person. I've seen one of my members listed under 7 different people, and they swear to me they've never clicked on any links to come to the site. Since I wasn't paying attention, it now shows I have to pay one person $785 even though she's likely never referred anyone :( It does have a TON of features and stuff though

Doesn't work with Pricing Plans

They stated they would refund my money, then ghosted me.

I can only speak to the free version; this app sent tons of junk traffic. It increased my bounce rate by 40%. Maybe the paid version would be an upgrade, but since I had this bad experience, I am hesitant to pay for it here. UPDATE: THIS APP WILL INCREASE YOUR BOUNCE RATE AND THE CREATER WILL PLAY IN YOUR FACE WHEN YOU LEAVE A REVIEW.

Doesn't work for an accommodation business using a CMS

We use OwnerRez for our CMS and GoProApp doesn't record a booking as a sale. I reached out to customer support and they didn't respond after messaging me twice. I guess they couldn't figure it out.

No Help While Taking My Money!

I have been using this app for over a year. I started having problems in January; it's May 31st, and I am still experiencing major connectivity issues. Customer service has not been helpful. Once you contact Wix, they will tell you it's a third-party app and there isn't much they can do to assist. I have tried my best to troubleshoot this on my own. The sad part is I have been paying for it for 6 months, and nothing has worked. I am extremely disappointed.

No support

I have gone back and forth with WIX and GoAFFpro to get they affiliate selection added to my website and have had zero help. My customers have no way of selecting their affiliate if they go to the website organically. GoAff says its wix problem, and wix says they can do anything either. Useless.

2+ Days.... NOTHING of substance

Installed this garbage, didn't work as they solicited and advised. Reached out to support, responded with a possible fix... ignoring the issue itself.. Nothing.. inquired again with support - nothing. DO NOT use this nonsense!

Do not respond to emails because system is defective

Great concept, I thought I had found the pearl. I installed everything perfectly on my site thanks to Wix... Except that 2 months later, here I am having to check each of the subscriptions taken on my website because the affiliate links work 1 time out of 2, while having coupon codes. Customer service no longer answers me, it's really a shame, the product is good but is not optimal because a lot of losses of affiliates, and the service.. they kindly answered me once, since then nothing. ..And now I have to explain to all affiliate holders why the system is flawed and doesn't always work..I pass for a newbie.. My overall turnover to date: 1600 €. My turnover from my affiliates: 759 €.. all my customers have followed the links of my affiliates and have all entered their promo codes.. Some are taken into account, others are not.. and I no longer have support to help me...

This is app is horrible. Doesn't work at all. All you see on the app is bots. waste of time.

Watch Out Will HACK your site !

The app is unsecured. Even though there is no link on my site to sign up, random ppl sign up and create coupons without authorization. These are most likely fraudulent buyers. I have informed WIX and deleted this app. If you used this app, go into your coupons and check if everything is legit.

Serious Bot Issues

I hadn't even finish setting it up when I already had bots signing to my affiliate program.

Beware of this app: This is a scam, shady company.

Beware this app is a total scam because of this points: 1. This company is based in India, which is most commonly know to have a high rate of cyber crimes. 2. When you try to integrate your stripe account to this app, it creates a new company within your stripe account. Invasion of privacy and probably offshore company. 3. When you try to use paypal it also takes control of over your account. Don't use this app for affiliate marketing in wix or any other platform.

payouts info, why is it manual?

I have read a lot in the documentation and I am not clear about the payouts, you handle them, they are automatic apart from the option that I see from PayPal? we have doubts about it please !!

I was thinking about it but because of what I'm doing better, no, I imagine having to make multiple payments to thousands of affiliates ... how do you think of putting a multilevel option without being able to pay them automatically ... it's crazy,

Why do I have to pay my affiliates manually? actually one of the main reasons why I installed the app was to automate this affiliate payment process. Please I would like more information about it.

I just had the same doubt as in the previous comment, I do not want to integrate Paypal, but I assumed that it is normal that it is automatically charged when an affiliate makes a sale and that you manage the payouts, not that I would have to make manual payments! and no, I will not integrate the paypal application to do it. integrate the PayPal app to do it.

Affiliate payments are not automatic? I mean that I always had the idea that GoAffPro would take care of this part automatically apart from Paypal Payouts, imagine that I have 30,000 affiliates from all over the world who use different payment methods and currencies? processing all those payments manually is insane.

A bit shady

Installed this app because it seemed like a great addition to my website. Not less than a few hours later I get a random affiliate sign-up from another country (Sketchy right). Wake up to another random affiliate sign-up. Not to mention that the app says FREE. When I'm in the main dashboard it says that I'm a "Premium Member." Sorry but this whole app seems shady as there isn't even an option for me to manage a membership level for myself, yet I'm a "Premium member," on a "FREE App." No Thank You!
