    Faster Support

    Trying to add additional group chat pages to my website. But, it's frustrating when you are trying to get something done and can't move forward until your company replies / contacts me. I am trying to purchase additional chat rooms, but not sure if that will accomplish what I need.

    Have some question

    I'm using WIX develop my web. How to add different room on different page? How can I select the room ID to change my chatting room on WIX workspace?

      Hi, By default using the Wix app allows you to add 1 room. However, there is a solution. You can get an upgraded account with more rooms from https://rumbletalk.com for more information, please contact support@rumbletalk.com

    hellox a have a question

    So you are saying that It is only 5 people per chat box if I use the free version. but what would happen If I put one chat box in 50 pages. it would allow me to have 5 people in each chat box? wich menas I wil have 250 people. so would that be still free?

      The number of participants' seats refers to the number of chatters that can be in the chat at a given time. It is the sum of all logged-in users (chatters) plus the people who are viewing the chat without logging in (viewers). All plans are limited by the total number of people who can be online at a given moment. Once this number is reached, additional visitors will be shown a small "Chat is Full" indicator when they try to log in. Note, if you add the same room to different pages, the max users in the free account on all pages together is 5.

    I have Topic based pages on my website but it seems all the chat windows are connect how do I make a new chat group for each page
