    Its ok

    This isnt a free app like WIX would lead you to believe. You get 5 free bookings and then it locks your scheduler. When I first added it I also got a ridic amount of emails and a phone call about my experience using it, meanwhile I had JUST added it days prior. The platform isnt great, it's a bit confusing trying to view the client profiles and all of their information and setting up the forms is a bit weird too. It's been so convenient having this auto booking on my site but I dont think I will continue using it and will have to look for something else.

    Holding Block Booking Periods

    Hello, I run an outdoor advertising company, and in most instances booking periods are set and for 28 days. Can this app perform for this service ie: - Show available periods - Allow clients to only book available periods and for 28 days Regards, Elio

      Hi, When clients are booking, they can view the availability but the appointment duration for 1 on 1 services can't be more than 1 day in duration. On the other hand, if staff are booking on behalf of a client then they can easily schedule multi-day appointments.     Payment methods?

    Hi, Can the app be used with WorldPay payment portal? Also does it show time slots as buttons? I want to take bookings for our 3 different locations - can each location be notified separately when a booking is made at that location? Thank you

    Variable Length of Time

    Hi! I book online coachings in 15 minute increments. If there is an hour of open time available, can a customer choose between booking me for 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes?

You can create 4 different services for the 15, 30, 45, and 60-minute duration appointments. When the client goes to book, they can see the options and select the one based on their preference!     1. Does your app allow people to book an specific service many dates or period at once? 2. Can a date or period of service be block to the other costumers after someone booked it? 3. Can i make my service with different category share the same schedule, for example, if someone book a service in the first category, then the other people can't book the same service in the second category as the same date with the first one? thanks!

      Hi, 1. Clients can book one appointment at a time. 2. Times are automatically blocked as soon as a booking is made. 3. Yes, you can have multiple services and categories and when one is booked, the others are blocked.

    Personal Trainer Scheduling

    Hello, I'm interested in the product because I'm running into some issues with WIX Booking. I provide the following services: 1-on-1 booking, drop ins, and small group sessions. My question: Does your product communicate between services? For instance, my small groups are up to 6 people at 5am for $2X and say 5 people sign up, will your product catch a drop in for $3X and account that as the 6th person? I would also like to set a monthly price of $XXX would that client then be able to see all times available and book 12 sessions?
