    Multiple cosultants

    Hi, I'm testing out a trial version but can't see if I'd be able to add multiple staff members to the service. (we have four consultants each having their own separate schedules). Is it possible to assign different staff roles to the Wix vCita app? As for the consultants, can they manage their own schedule, services and clients? Is there an option for clients to fill in a form (specifying their needs) and make a payment for the service once it's approved by consultants after reviewing client requests?

    Hi, with this app, will my clients be able to pay for the class online when they book it?

      Hello! Yes, your clients will be able to pay for online classes through this Online Scheduling widget. Once you have the service set up and your payment gateway is connected, your clients will be able to book and pay for the classes through the scheduler.     FOR TOURISM BOOKING?

    Hi, I want to do for a client a web with booking for tourism experiences, can I do use that for many differents experiences products in the same web? Which is the total anual cost of this app? The client or the experiences manager have to pay some aditional fee for use it? Thanks

    question

    Hi there, I need customers to fill a form for their booking, can that be done? Can I also have mutiple bookings for same date/time? thank you in advance!

      Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave a question. We have custom forms where you can add various fields for clients to fill out during the booking process. As for multiple bookings, it depends on the number of staff. For multi-staff accounts, you can have multiple bookings for the same date/time; however, for single staff, there can only be one booking on that date/time. We also have the option for group events, where multiple clients can book during this one event for that date/time.     Few questions please

    I do not have this app yet but after reading an earlier question about being able to take $300 in a 30 month period. What does that mean? Can I only collect $300 per month from a client booking? How much can be taken in, in one 30 day period. I usually have 10-20 clients at over $100 a person so this is a concern. Thank you

    Question about multiple schedules

    Hi- We are running a site that needs the ability for our coaches (we have 5 coaches right now) to manage their own schedule and get notified of bookings directly to their email.... is your plugin for Wix able to support those needs?

    question about the online scheduling plan

    I'm interested in your online scheduling plan, but when you say "up to 300 clients", do you mean 300 per month, or 300, period?

So, if you took a payment today for $300, you would need to wait 30 rolling days until you can take another $300.     Hi - we're looking to add your app to our new website so our customers can book appointments, but we just want to know about the cost for the app after the free trial. It says "Starting at $12.95" is that per month?

    Wix Point of Sale

    Does this app link with the wix point of sale allowing me to accept payments in person which will decrease the number of seats available in a class?

      We don't link with Wix point of sale. However if you are using Stripe as your payment gateway in vCita, you can charge from the backoffice by entering the client credit card details, so you can accept payments in person.
