    Not what i was looking for

    I didnt see an option for promo codes, discounts etc, at the service section or check out. I would like to write off the discounts at the end of the year. I can only add a regular price or sale price to my services.

      Hi, Coupons and pre-paid packages are features available on higher plans. You can view our standard plans and pricing here: https://www.vcita.com/pricing Without using those features, you could create different services at different prices with the discounts built-in to the service price. You can also send payment links or invoices for any amount required and with invoices you can add a discount percentage to line items.

    Hi, will the users able to select multiple days of same event in this app?

      Group events can span multiple days. 1on1 appointments can be repeating (daily/weekly/etc) and clients can book on to each instance one at a time or staff can schedule a client on to multiple dates in one go.

    Booking multiple services at once?

    Hi, I am currently using Wix booking but it doesn't allow my customers to book multiple services at once. Is this possible with your app?

      Clients can only book one at a time, but after the first one they don't have to keep filling in all the same details each time.\ On your side, you can schedule repeating meetings with a client in one go.     Plugins for any type of business, very recommended.

    The strong point of this app that changed the course of my online classes, was the automated system that sends SMS notifications directly to my clients. I recommend the plugin for people that host online classes, but have clients that are forgetful as they really do appreciate the sms/text reminders, which leads to more people attending my classes.

    Best meeting plugin that you can find on Wix.

    I didn't know that this plugin has also auto detection for customer timezone, this helps a lot since my business is international and most of the time I had trouble arranging meetings according to my and clients timezone.

    I like it very much!!!

    Scheduling meetings and other work related stuff is important and this plugin in saves me a lot of time. I also have received positive feedback from my clients that told me that the reason why they work with me is because I'm always on time with meetings and deadline work delivery. All this is thanks to this plugin I found randomly by searching the store.

    Easy to use and install.

    As a person that does not deal much with online technology, I was lucky to find this plugin. It does help me out a lot with my small agency and we have cut out some terrible paper work of writing down schedules for meetings with clients. Highly recommended if you run a online agency or consultant agency.

    I have customers that purchase set time experiences with us from several suppliers.

    I have customers that purchase set time experiences with us from several suppliers. 1) can I ask who they got the voucher from (select from a list) 2) once they select the supplier can i ask questions like voucher duration purchased ,voucher code,voucher pin,voucher expiry date. 3) can I put a gap between bookings (several minutes to reset the systems) 4)can i give an upgrade option (alterations to bookings upgrade to a longer time) 5) if the expiry date is after the booking date can I set an alarm and not take the booking 6)in the question field can i set a template to make sure the info is correct before accepting the booking.

      Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. 1. Yes. You can define a custom drop down field per service or in the client card and make it mandatory. 2. Unfortunately we do not have branched drop down option, but you can create these fields in the relevant service and make them optional or make them mandatory but with an "N\A" option. 3. Indeed you can. On the service set-up page you can add preparation time for the service that will allow you the needed gap between appointments. 4. Unfortunately no. You can add that as a field to be populated when scheduling this service, and manually follow up by moving the client to a different service. 5. We have a coupons feature that you can use. The system will not accept expired coupons. 6. You can set appointments to be accepted automatically or manually. If you choose the manual option you can review the information before accepting the booking. Kind regards,

    Can customer select their timezone?

    I have customers in many timezones. Is the customer able to select their timezone and upgrade my calendar with the accurate info for the appointment in my timezone?

      Thanks for checking in with your question. The short answer is yes. This is one of our keys since we serve professionals and their customers around the world. The longer answer depends on your account settings. For our professionals who only serve local customers, you can set the interface to never ask for a time zone. In your case, you'll want that option unchecked so that the customer is prompted to confirm their time zone at the time of booking.     Limit of participant & Cancelation

    I have 3 doubts: 1) Can I set up a maximum participant to an event or appoitment? 2) Can my clients cancell their reservation by themselves? 3) Can I create different calendars so I can show one to some clients and another to others?

      Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. 1. Yes you can. You can create a group events where you can set a limit to the amount of participants. You do this under settings > services > create a group event. 2. Yes they can. Clients get an email with the booking details and are offered an option to cancel it or reschedule it. I recommend you test this by creating a demo client that you can access the inbox of their email and see how this looks and feels. 3. Yes you can. This is a flexibility you have with our platinum plan.

      Hello, You are able to select a currency other than USD, within the Payments Settings. O Booking só permite criar agendamentos recorrentes para serviços em grupo, mais isso no meu caso é muito ruim, pois trabalho com agencia de empregadas e a maioria dos clientes tem plano mensal e eu tenho que fazer os agendamentos recorrentes manualmente e da muito trabalho, principalmente quando preciso remanejar a agenda de uma funcionaria para outra funcionária. Seria muito útil liberar a função de agendamentos recorrentes para todos os serviço, seria muito útil para muitas pessoas. Obrigado

    Can my clients make 2 appointments in the same place consequently?

    I want my clients to be able to make 2 appointments in the same place one after the other, can I do that with this app. But also put intervals of times between appointments that don't take place in the same house?

      Hello, In order to schedule 2 appointments, the client needs to book one appointment, then continue to book the other appointment. You can also edit the service itself and make sure that in the Duration settings you add "Preparation time", for the intervals you were looking for.
