    Not what i was looking for

    I didnt see an option for promo codes, discounts etc, at the service section or check out. I would like to write off the discounts at the end of the year. I can only add a regular price or sale price to my services.

      Hi, Coupons and pre-paid packages are features available on higher plans. You can view our standard plans and pricing here: https://www.vcita.com/pricing Without using those features, you could create different services at different prices with the discounts built-in to the service price. You can also send payment links or invoices for any amount required and with invoices you can add a discount percentage to line items.

    Hi, will the users able to select multiple days of same event in this app?

      Group events can span multiple days. 1on1 appointments can be repeating (daily/weekly/etc) and clients can book on to each instance one at a time or staff can schedule a client on to multiple dates in one go.

    Booking multiple services at once?

    Hi, I am currently using Wix booking but it doesn't allow my customers to book multiple services at once. Is this possible with your app?

      Clients can only book one at a time, but after the first one they don't have to keep filling in all the same details each time.\ On your side, you can schedule repeating meetings with a client in one go.       Hello, You are able to select a currency other than USD, within the Payments Settings.     Can my clients make 2 appointments in the same place consequently?

    I want my clients to be able to make 2 appointments in the same place one after the other, can I do that with this app. But also put intervals of times between appointments that don't take place in the same house?

      Hello, In order to schedule 2 appointments, the client needs to book one appointment, then continue to book the other appointment. You can also edit the service itself and make sure that in the Duration settings you add "Preparation time", for the intervals you were looking for.

    no recurring appointmnets

    Does not let you schedule recurring appointments for individual services. non of the wix apps let you.

      Hi there! We're so sorry you weren't able to figure this out. While our system doesn't allow your clients to book a recurring appointment you are able to create them yourself inside your account. You can do this by creating a group event with a single attendee and booking the service in your calendar. You can then register your client to the entire event series.     You can't even set business hours without a Premium payment. Totally misleading and useless unless you want to pay.

    Absolutley terrible!

    Do not get this app unless you want TONS of advertisements about their premium plan. There is not much to do unless you pay them monthly! You will also get emails from them even though you clicked not to. You will even get emails AFTER you activate your account. Not recommended. I say you get 123 forum builder and use google calenders with it!

    Disappointed

    The app itself has worked wonderfully. I signed up and have been charged monthly for the premium package through Wix and yet Vcita has put my account on freeze stating my trial session is over, even though I never received a trial session and pay $17.90 per month. I have appointment requests I can not respond to and this is definitely not good for business. If they could interface better instead of sending me back and forth between the two companies I would recommend the app but I can't.

    Be Careful of Getting Scammed, One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences I've Had

    I looked into this app for the scheduling feature and after being contacted by a representative I was offered a free trial of the premium account. After realizing that it was not what I needed I decided that I was not going to use the service. I went to cancel my trial on the day it ended and to my surprise I had already been charged for an ENTIRE YEAR!! I immediately canceled the service and contacted the representative. I was told that they would not refund my money and there was nothing they could do about it. I contacted the CEO and have yet to hear back from him. The only recourse I have left apparently is to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. I is without a doubt one of the worst customer service experiences I've had with a company. Save your money and refuse any free trials, just use the free version.

    Fake, not free

    14-day free trial is a "free trial" not "Free". Why not just call it what it is? Otherwise it looks like a great app, and while I would have likely upgraded anyway, I'm not very fond of deceptive marketing. .
