Completely Unstable and Does Not Deliver What Is Promised
Unfortunately, my experience with this app was very poor. The app is highly unstable and negatively impacted my website’s performance. It does not integrate with Airtable or SQL as advertised and fails to deliver the core functionality it promises. Instead of adding value, it caused site degradation and instability, making it unusable for a real production website. Due to these issues, I am requesting a refund, as the app did not work as described and did not meet reasonable expectations. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for reliability or professional-grade integrations.

Integrations with external databases like Airtable or SQL are supported, but they do require proper configuration, and in many cases issues can be resolved quickly with our support team’s help. Erro 503 it doesn't work
I did the update to have more option and now the server is not working and the app doesn't appear on my page saying error 503, when I click on support to contact someone, I have the same error.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the issue you experienced was related to a temporary AWS outage that affected many services globally at that time. This disruption lasted for a short period (around 30 minutes) and was fully resolved once AWS restored service. Common Ninja has been stable and fully operational since then, and no ongoing performance or integration issues exist related to this incident. We understand how frustrating service interruptions can be, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to re-review your setup. Does not work
Terribly disappointing. Does not work at all. Does not deploy to Wix. The free plan only has 8 rows, but you can't see how it will look because it won't deploy to the website. The upgrade wouldn't even deploy, so no way to move forward. And dev, don't come at me with 'WDYM by that?' - that's hella beligerant and not necessary. We are all telling you that sh1t needs to be fixed here. So get on it mate.

Bad mobile functionality
Delivers poor mobile UX. Cannot alter any sizing or padding of cells/columns. Text size is static and does not scale properly. Very limited customizations options in terms of mobile scaling. this is suprising considering how much traffic is mobile

Unacceptable. Paid for premium upgrade did not receive upgrade.
I subscribed for premium membership but don't have access to premium features. Patiently waited over an hour for the upgrade to filter through, am still waiting to use premium features. maximum frustration.

1. I did not realise that I had to PAY the app in addition to the Wix subscription 2. Awful experience with the app 3. No image field 4. Random colums widths, no way to set it up it seems 5. Numerous bugs Run away....

There's an option to add an image in the text editor. 4. Not even a single star! every time I want to edit my table, (took hours to design and fill the tables) it resets and delete all my info. I created my tables 3 times! I also paid for subscription. There is no place to save your table! If its gone you have to do it again and again.

Worst App Wix Offers
this is a very lazy app, the developers of this app are useless. Their design for mobile is horible, they show even empty fields and it makes your whole website ugly. Their app is ugly with very limited options. Do not waste your money. Wix should remove this app from their list of app. Horrible everything

Makes your website load very slowly
The pricing table uses a lot of bytes causing issues with loading times. Bad loading times = poor chances for increasing SEO in the eyes of Google.

Doesn't work
I get a brief view of the template but once it fully loads it is a blank box. The only markings are a triangle with an exclamation point inside and the word "undefined". Do I need to do something on corvid? A tutorial would be nice.

Does not work well at all
The program freezes when trying to change the characteristic of the cell such as going from the default to a free text cell. Crashed every time I tried. Not worth the time

Not responsive?
I was liking the app until I saw that whole comparison element does not show up at all on the mobile phone. It makes my site look ridiculous. There's a heading that alludes that there is more information and then there's nothing. @ Compare Ninja Team - You've responded that mobile is now supported by Wix but it's not rending for my table. How do I get it to render? Please don't say I need to build my table again. That would be ridiculous. And I can't copy the table because that requires starting all over again as well.

You shouldn't build your table again, no worry. It should work once you're switching to mobile view on Wix.

This app does NOT work on mobile devices. Useless, as MOST people access the web using a mobile device. Very misleading wording on the "upgrade" page to imply it will work for mobile- NOT TRUE. Don't waste your time here- again, MOST people are online using their mobile device.

Good for manual simple tables, lots of bugs
Working with Compare Ninja is pain. I've been using the app for about a month. Since there are no alternatives and I'm not a programmer, I'll have to continue using it for a while. In short - many things that you expect to work are not working. I've even had experience of loosing a table and having to re-do it all over again because of the bugs. - images cannot be added by loading from within WIX, the function did not work, which is clearly a bug. I could only add URL images - import from CSV is made complicated by the need to replace all comma characters “,” with “‚“. CSV import also won't recognise international characters - support is very slow and not all questions are answered - basic functionality doesn't exist, like resizing the column width - "powered by" is not removed automatically when you convert to premium. You need to tick a box every time you create a new table - lots of bugs if you are using Safari on a Mac. I had painful experience loosing my work lots of times. Worked with Chrome with me - could not change fonts in header row - no possibility to reduce line spacing On a positive side, I liked the fact that I could add extra text available on mouseover. conclusion: could be used if you want a simple table, and if you intend to fill it in manually

Upgraded to premium to be able to use the image feature but it didnt work and the customer service was terrible. They offered no help and in the end were short and rude. will be cancelling straight away

Waste of time
This app just flat out stinks. You cannot edit from within Wix and the external website barely functions. I tested it out with a us vs them comparison chart and within 5 minutes decided to move on. The site where you actually edit the chart froze up and crashed at least 6 times within 3 minutes of use. I felt like almost each time I did something it was hit or miss whether I could continue or not.
