Completely Unstable and Does Not Deliver What Is Promised

Unfortunately, my experience with this app was very poor. The app is highly unstable and negatively impacted my website’s performance. It does not integrate with Airtable or SQL as advertised and fails to deliver the core functionality it promises. Instead of adding value, it caused site degradation and instability, making it unusable for a real production website. Due to these issues, I am requesting a refund, as the app did not work as described and did not meet reasonable expectations. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for reliability or professional-grade integrations.

Erro 503 it doesn't work

I did the update to have more option and now the server is not working and the app doesn't appear on my page saying error 503, when I click on support to contact someone, I have the same error.

Does not work

Terribly disappointing. Does not work at all. Does not deploy to Wix. The free plan only has 8 rows, but you can't see how it will look because it won't deploy to the website. The upgrade wouldn't even deploy, so no way to move forward. And dev, don't come at me with 'WDYM by that?' - that's hella beligerant and not necessary. We are all telling you that sh1t needs to be fixed here. So get on it mate.

Keeps failing when building in WIX

It has given me an error every time I get halfway through a comparison table. Refund please

Doesnt work at all, totally messes up your website. We will have to manually make a comparison chart.

Bad mobile functionality

Delivers poor mobile UX. Cannot alter any sizing or padding of cells/columns. Text size is static and does not scale properly. Very limited customizations options in terms of mobile scaling. this is suprising considering how much traffic is mobile

Unacceptable. Paid for premium upgrade did not receive upgrade.

I subscribed for premium membership but don't have access to premium features. Patiently waited over an hour for the upgrade to filter through, am still waiting to use premium features. maximum frustration.

Très bonne app et super SAV

Comparison Tables est compacte, très utile et simple d'utilisation. Nous l'utilisons régulièrement, et sans limites d'usage, sur plusieurs pages de notre site internet. Les développeurs nous ont fait un retour vraiment rapide pour corriger un petit bug. Que demander de plus ?

Awful experience

1. I did not realise that I had to PAY the app in addition to the Wix subscription 2. Awful experience with the app 3. No image field 4. Random colums widths, no way to set it up it seems 5. Numerous bugs Run away....

Not even a single star! every time I want to edit my table, (took hours to design and fill the tables) it resets and delete all my info. I created my tables 3 times! I also paid for subscription. There is no place to save your table! If its gone you have to do it again and again.

Worst App Wix Offers

this is a very lazy app, the developers of this app are useless. Their design for mobile is horible, they show even empty fields and it makes your whole website ugly. Their app is ugly with very limited options. Do not waste your money. Wix should remove this app from their list of app. Horrible everything

Useless for multi-language sites

Can't translate the content, so zero use on a multi-language site. :(

Makes your website load very slowly

The pricing table uses a lot of bytes causing issues with loading times. Bad loading times = poor chances for increasing SEO in the eyes of Google.

Worked for a day, then erased data

This app is simple and straigtforward at first. Now my data won't load across all may pages and I have to delete that app on every page. Very frustrating

The app offer exactly what I need for the site. Everything is nicely displayed and easy to follow. Most importantly, I m very pleased with their helpful customer service. They genuinely care about my inquiries and always make sure my inquiries are resolved to the best. I highly recommend this app and team to everyone!

A really good app! but one thing i MIssed

Helped me a lot with building a great table full of info. One thing that I missed: in mobile view, an option for closed rows that opens by clicking on them, and again close when clicking another time. bought a year plan.

Simple to use and functions as expected!

I've tried a few apps that offer a simple solution to plan comparisons, and this is the best I have tried. There aren't many of them, but I think this is one of the cheapest too. Simple to use and functions as expected!

Great app Great Support

It took a couple of times to get the app to work the way I hoped. With the help of the Common Ninja support team, I was able to reach my expectations. Very pleased!

Spent 30 min to make table and then it just doesn't save the table

Wasted my time. That's it.

Doesn't work

I get a brief view of the template but once it fully loads it is a blank box. The only markings are a triangle with an exclamation point inside and the word "undefined". Do I need to do something on corvid? A tutorial would be nice.

Easy, responsive, but loads slow.

Thank you for the free version,4 stars. The plugin works perfectly on all versions, but user side page loading is slow. I would first add a bolder and instant loading animation for UX. Then try to lighten the code. I know some of this is WIX ecosystem issues, but 3sec+ load times do drive up bounce rates. Thanks for the great plugin. Good for Desktop, Bad for Mobile

Same reviews as everyone else: Looks great on desktops, for mobile devices it's really bad. The tables do not adjust well to different screens. I hope there is a way to zoom out so people can actually read the table at some point on mobile. This is the best table comparison app I've found so far, just really need to get that mobile better.

Great Product & Customer Service

This app was for the MOST part exactly what I was looking for! The few things I wanted to adjust to make more mobile friendly, their support team responded well within 24hrs and went on the back-end, editing the code to suit my needs, making this app EXACTLY what I was looking for. If you are having trouble with the app, I would highly suggest contacting the support email before giving up. It is truly an amazing app. They really go out there way to make sure you are happy with their product.

Great on desktop, Not Mobile friendly

The issue seems to be that the call to action buttons don't stay in the correct column on mobile. They instead move to the bottom of the table with their own 'Category' and are listed all together. Which defeats the purpose since most traffic is on mobile. It's a shame because this would be a really handy feature on a website.

Not SSL compatible

When the feeder app loads on my website it causes the browser to list "Not Secure". Too bad, I like the app however, am now looking for an alternative.

My text is NOT showing up in the mobile preview.

I have entered my text/description in the correct fields and they are NOT coming up when I check the mobile preview. This is ridiculous! Im not renewing my subscription.

I want to create the comparison table: listing items of the appartment. Cant it make it?

Awful. I got this app when I want to make a comparison between my website versions. This didn't work. Completely useless, uttery and a waste of time. I can't do anything when I deleted everything.

Tracking action button clicks

Is there any way I can track clicks on buttons added to a compare ninja table via Google Analytics, to see how the buttons perform?

Great App

Compare Ninja works great for adding comparison charts to your website. You can use their templates or design your own look by editing each cell, row and column. I love the add image function so that I could display my products in the comparison. Also the support is great. When I had a query they were very quick to respond.

Works great for us!

We use this app to compare our recruiting options for employers. We tried doing a table without the app and that didn't work well for us. We used the app and it looks great and it converts to mobile. We were able to do everything we needed and the page looks great! Their Customer Service was great as well!! I asked a question and could not believe how fast I received a response!

Wasted time setting up only to have it not work on site

Too many issues with "oops something went wrong. Compare Ninja is experiencing problems" and not displaying on website. Wasted time.

Sry but that is the most negative expirience I ever had with any Programm/Software in my Life. No individualism, bad usabilily and horrible developement in fact. Never again! I will have my money back!

Does not work well at all

The program freezes when trying to change the characteristic of the cell such as going from the default to a free text cell. Crashed every time I tried. Not worth the time

Hola, quiero usar Compare Ninja para hacer una web de comparador de productos y es buena las tablas de Compare Ninja pero se podría poner un buscador para que aparezcan los productos que el cliente dese en la tabla para comparar? No se si me explico. Gracias:)

App will not upgrade

Celdas

No me deja encoger las celdas donde ingreso el texto, la tabla queda muy chorizuda y amplias para el texto, como puedo poner mas delgadas las celdas para que se ajuste al texto ? Esta app no se puedo comprar totalmente de por vida?

Background is not transparent

Does not fit to my website due to the background is transparent, makes my website´s background doesn´t look good...
