About this App

Create a timetable and a scheduler and let your clients register to your events online. Set one-time or recurrent events. For recurrent events, choose whether registration is lesson-based or to the whole series at once. Get a notification email for each booking and track registration after submission. Allow clients to pay for events directly to your PayPal account. Your clients will get a confirmation email, optionally with iCal attachment to automatically add the event to their personal calendar.

    Meh. It's ok, won't be using it.

    For a product like this to work really well, it must have much more formatting and design options than this app is currently offering. Maybe if you have a super simple schedule and you're looking to offer people to schedule a time with you on an ad hoc basis, but any regular classes or meetings it doesn't work well. Aesthetically the app isn't attractive. I tried removing the borders and I couldn't figure that out. When I was trying to figure out the app to offer my user-customers an easy way to view and pay for my classes, the support team did reply usually within 24-48 hours, but in the end we came to a dead end because as an admin you can't set up some basic classes here. For instance, if you have a class on Tues & Thurs, there is no way that you can show a user-customer that they have to prepay for this Tues & Thurs. This app isn't good with classes that aren't "daily" and in succession. Well, many classes are T&Th or W&W. Most classes are not "daily" and in a succession.

    Add a Schedule with different form

    Hi when i add a a scheduler i cant edit the form to be different from another scheduler. Please advice

      Thanks for the feedback. Currently the customizable registration form is uniform across multiple scheduler on the same website. If we see there is much demand for such separation we will prioritize developing it. Thanks a lot!

    USER friendly, BUT...

    I am an instructor, and I used this app to schedule classes. I like the app because it is user friendly, however, it needs more selection on the frequency of classes. I do classes every other day, the only selection that this app that fits my need is "weekly". Having said this, I have to create another event in order for me to schedule a class. It would have been helpful and time consuming if I don't have to create another event every time I want to do a class on every other day format. I can just update it. I like to fill my calendar on a monthly basis. Another thing that need to be improve is that, some of my classes are 3 days long. I can't find that selection either. Maybe I am just looking at the wrong place. If I do find it, then I will definitely change this review.

    Not what I was looking for

    I was looking for a basic weekly calendar without any of the registration options. This is probably a great app for some people, but did not fit my purposes for customization.

    Cannot move to other parts of the site

    I just purchased and doesn't look like I can add to another page on the site, doesn't really offer much flexibility if that is the case.

    bookings

    Hya Im using your site for the booking of my art club sessions, the reason i didnt use a shop is because i need customers to register, unfortunetely they cant book more than one session without having to buy the sessions all individualy, ive had parents say this is along process and i havnt had bookings in advance because of this, I spoke to someone over email about this, they told me to put the max participents to more that one, and that will solve it well i think this only means more people can come to one event - BUT what i need ASAP is a way of getting customers to pay for x5 sessions with one registration, Please help Thanks, Naomi

    Too Many limitations with paid feature

    Needs the ability to change the font style. Most importantly, it needs the ability to customise the automated email. The automated email looks ugly and does not go with the design of my website. The font is too big for the free text and it is impossible to change some of the wording. I wish there was a feature to get rid of 'sincerely' at the end and to add my own colours, font size and include alternative lines for the signature.

      Thank you for your feedback. The colors are changeable - open the app-settings and click the "General" button in the "Design scheduler look" line. Also, you may change some of the wording and add your own free text. We will add customization of the fonts, too, in the future.

    It Could Be Better

    It is not terrible. However, it is far from being great. Here are a few things that could make it better. 1. The design of the calendar could be better. 2. More payment options. 3. Ability to add coupon/promo codes. 4. Ability to delete past events. (It's hard to believe this isn't an option already.)

      Thanks for your feedback. Number (3) and (4) are in our todo list (I guess you mean an option that deletes past events automatically - obviously manually it is already possible). Regarding (1), we'd be glad if you could elaborate on it. It should be noted that almost all elements in the scheduler are customizable (font-size, colors etc.). Number (2) is not planned in the near future, and we explain why in our FAQ (http://wix.shareiiit.com/schedule/doc/FAQ#only_paypal) Update: We added an automatic clean-up of past event feature. Find it in the advanced settings ("Settings", then "Advanced"). Thank you for your constructive feedback!

    Needing a monthly version

    my customers would like to see a monthly version of the schedule of events at first glance, then click the event or day they are wanting to register for. It takes considerable time to get a look at what is going on each month by swiping side to side to look at each day a week at a time. Can the scheduler be made into a monthly form?

      Thank you for your review! To change to monthly view, please open the app-settings, click "Settings" button, then choose "Scheduler appearance". There, you can choose the scheduler view mode from "Weekly", "Monthly" and "List".
