I sent two emails asking for support and got no response. Now I have to figure out how to cancel my subscription.

Simple but surprisingly powerful

I really like the simplicity, whilst still being able to delve deeper if needed. It sends emails automatically to your customers to confirm their registration and within that email is a cancel button and an add to calendar button for Gmail & outlook calendars etc. You have access to the back office to see who has registered or cancelled and you can easily export that to excel if needed. This app does not send email or text reminders to your customers but you can always cut and paste the list of email addresses from excel straight into your Gmail and send them an email if you needed to, I wouldn't recommend doing this every time, but if you wanted to send out a one off cancellation of the event then this would be a good way to do it. Excellent app with a small fee. If you want auto text and all the bells and whistles you will have to pay much more.

Just the right fit

I have been using this ap for years for my pottery studio. Yes, it takes a little time to figure out how to make it work, but for the price - I really get my money's worth. I like the back office the best to track my students. I am old school, so I download the data for my instructors - or just send them a picture of the updated roster. I can get to the back office through a link on the booking email. I have about 50 events/classes over a 6 month's period - so it works for me. They always respond to my questions - very polite.

Absolutely horrible

It should be simple, but it simply is not. Creating new classes and events is a headache using this interface.

Any direct way to access the backoffice tool? I either need to go into Wix Editor or go thru the link that was sent to me in an email when someone books the class or the event.

Description says that it will display classes, but it will only show events from your website - not classes or courses

it is not user friendly to update the sessions and also we dont have options to set 3 times a week and have to do event for each of it .

Click on Support and it takes you to Reviews? Can't change size of font on Event Description. Multiple Slots not working.

Meh. It's ok, won't be using it.

For a product like this to work really well, it must have much more formatting and design options than this app is currently offering. Maybe if you have a super simple schedule and you're looking to offer people to schedule a time with you on an ad hoc basis, but any regular classes or meetings it doesn't work well. Aesthetically the app isn't attractive. I tried removing the borders and I couldn't figure that out. When I was trying to figure out the app to offer my user-customers an easy way to view and pay for my classes, the support team did reply usually within 24-48 hours, but in the end we came to a dead end because as an admin you can't set up some basic classes here. For instance, if you have a class on Tues & Thurs, there is no way that you can show a user-customer that they have to prepay for this Tues & Thurs. This app isn't good with classes that aren't "daily" and in succession. Well, many classes are T&Th or W&W. Most classes are not "daily" and in a succession.

Good potential but needs work....

There are a few glitches in this App. Glitches such as not displaying all available events in the calendar, even when using the scrolling arrows. Also when managing events, the app does not follow what you're instructing it to do when editing or removing events. It also needs to be more clearer and efficient when showing multiple events, times and prices.

App Doesn't Work

I can't get the app to work and it causes errors on the page and then it won't even let me delete the app or make changes.

I have read the other reviews. The problem may have started with Wix, but unfortunately, this app is what looks bad (not WIX), because after one complaint... the App owner should have contacted WIX or removed it all together. I have installed many Apps and can delete them all, once I'm done with them. This is only the App that has a mind of its own. EDIT: I finally was able to remove the APP gone rogue, by myself. Go to MANAGE APPS (should be on the bottom left side of your PC). Go to the SCHEDULE APP and click the "Delete" button. Hope it works for you.

Can't remove it after adding.

I added this to our site to I could list my published events. However, it doesn't recognize my events. I think it wants you to add Events through this app, which I don't want to do. Now I can't get rid of the control (Delete is grayed out), and I can't even delete the page this thing is on.

Sufficient enough for simple use!

Very good app for simple use, contains most of the functions you need for registration. Deserves a better score.

Unable to delete the app

Was trying out the app and now it's stuck on my website like a plague.
