About this App

Create a timetable and a scheduler and let your clients register to your events online. Set one-time or recurrent events. For recurrent events, choose whether registration is lesson-based or to the whole series at once. Get a notification email for each booking and track registration after submission. Allow clients to pay for events directly to your PayPal account. Your clients will get a confirmation email, optionally with iCal attachment to automatically add the event to their personal calendar.

    Pretty Good So Far

    Good. Don't love the layout colors, but overall easy to manage

    How do I cancel my premium subscription?

    Great app

      Thank you for your review. Please open the app-settings by double-clicking it in the Wix Editor, change to "Events" Tab and click the "Add Event" button. After editing the event info, click "Save Event" button. When you are ready, publish your website to make the changes live.     Great app

    Have used this for over a year now. Works seamlessly and give me everything I need for my client. My only slight concern is that I have to go into the editor to enter bookings for the client. Is there any way this can be done as an on-line admin task by the end user rather than as a task for the webmaster? Reluctant to let them get into the editor.

The backoffice is available outside the Wix Editor and you may set a separate password for it in the app-settings and share only this password with others without allowing them to enter the Editor. To get a permanent link to the backoffice go to Settings Tab | Backoffice Settings. Contact us privately if you need more assistance and we will gladly guide you with more details.

    been happy with this app for over 6 years.

    just wanted to write a review to let other new users know this app has served our clients to book our sup yoga tours and its been seamless on our site and very rarely, in fact, never had an issue. for the price of the app monthly, its so worth it. its simple. we like simple! one thing i'm having trouble figuring out (i emailed and got a response the next day) about changing the email response text after registration. i've followed the directions given, just can't see where what we wrote before for instructing our clients on some pre-tour info - i need to change a location meeting point and can't find where what they received before is written.     Simpl-e-Schedule

    I really like the new settings page better than the old one. I would also like to use different colours of printing for different events. When you are changing the colours of the calendar you really don't know what's changing until you see it on the calendar.

      Thank you for your review! Yes, you may set different colors to different events. Changing the colors of an event is done in the "Design" Tab (where you may change all colors and fonts of the app). In the "Design" Tab, choose "Events Design" and then pick the relevant event. When you change a color, it is immediately reflected in the app itself while you are in the editor.

    Unique price

    Hi, is that possible to set a unique price even if customers book different courses ? Ex: 1 Yoga session + 1 bootcamp session + 1 running session = 39.-USD

    Love the app!

    This app is very easy to use. Updating and adding new events is a breeze. I really like that your able to add a photo to the event. The only down fall for my site is i need to be able to add multiple photos to each event. I teach customers how to paint canvas, glasses and other crafts. Each event may have 10 different paintings to choose from. At this point, I have to create an event for each painting, for the same party, date, time. So my customers get a little confused because of so many options. It would be nice to have 10 Paintings under one event (each painting has a title). That way my customers can choose the painting they want, do a one click purchase and comment on the registration form which painting they want to do. The ticket purchase is very easy for customers too. I highly recommend!!!

    COUPON CODE

    LOVE SIMPLE SCHEDULE - it couldnt be more perfect for my business, but please please please please pleasssseeeeee offer a coupon code ASAP!! lol I will have to cancel my WIX account all together and hire a website design company bc there is no way to have all of simple schedules wonderful details while offering a coupon code! As part of our advertising partnership, we must offer coupon codes!

    Great app, but needs to be more customizable

    I love this app for my small business. It allows athletes to register for events I am coaching/hosting and I can cap it at what I can handle. The only downside I am hoping can be developed is a feature wherein someone could see who has registered. After a registration, the registrant and myself (as an administrator) both receive email notifications, however it would be a nice feature and would really impress my customers if they were able to go on and see which other athletes(particularly their friends) are signed up for each specific event.

Mostly, site owners do not wish this information to be shared, in order to keep the privacy of their customers, but apparently some of our users do, so we might add it as an optional feature.     Great Scheduler!

    I used this app to book tutoring sessions and it worked phenomenally! All the parents who were using the app to book an appointment found it easy to use and were very impressed. I especially liked getting email notifications about when someone booked an appointment. The customer service for this app was also extremely helpful and accommodating and always responded quickly when I reached out. The only negative of this app was that there was a very small number of events one could have if they wanted to use the free version. Therefore, I had to use the Premium version, but it covered ALL of my needs. Ultimately, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend the premium version of this app.

    Option for modification

    This app is excellente, my participants likes use it:) I found two problems with app-setting, which make it difficult work for me. I will be grateful, if you can make something: Can you modification Registration Overdue, that i can put minutes not only hours? And that people can't canceled registration after overdue registration and after event begining. It's very important for me. Thanks for your help, Pozdrawiam Serdecznie;)

    Option for more fields

    So far we've had success with this app along with the online payment options. I'm wondering if there is a way to provide additional multiple information fields other than just the 5 or 6 that are there now. Because there is a capability to register more than one person per event, it would be great to be able to also capture enough information for each registrant at the same time. For example, parents are registering multiple children for events and the company would like to collect information about each child, without requiring users to individually register and pay for each child. Is there any way to access additional information areas? Thanks so much in advance.

    Features Question

    Can the app deal with multiple session bookings such that a client can book one session for £15 and 10 sessions for £125.

    Needs to work on Apple devices

    I like the app and feel it works great. Love the fact that people cancel their signup themselves. I think it would be perfect if it worked with all devices. I'm hearing from a few people that they are unable so sign up via the newer IPads and a few other Apple devices. I would give it 5 Stars if not for that.

    Need iphone mobile version

    I meant to include this in my initial review: PLEASE ENSURE IT IS USABLE ON IPHONE 6! I keep getting complaints that it can't be seen on iphone mobile devices!!! Get it together guys - Please!! With mobile access, cancellation feature, and adding other info that ISN'T a sign-up block would make this a very functional calendar across the board.

      Our app has 15+ language translations, most of which were contributed by generous users like you who wanted to see our app in their language.       I'm sorry, historically, this was not possible due to Wix constraint (a "page-app" could not be installed twice in the same site). We work on some bypassing solution to this problem.
