    Doesn't work properly

    By deleted the app on a page to add it again to another page, I lost all testimonials. I only recovered the one I had still in my emails.

    Super slow and doesn't connect

    It does not connect to Facebook at all and is INCREDIBLY slow.

    DO NOT USE

    I have used this for a few years with no issues, until about 6 months ago when the app did not connect to Facebook. I have contacted support and they have confirmed they are working on the issue. Bear in mind this was 6 months ago!! Still no fix in place. I appreciate things go wrong, but 6 months and still no solution??.. that's terrible business. I have never known a company to take so long to sort out an issue. During this time reviews are coming in on my Facebook and I cannot share with my website and this is losing me business AND I'm paying for an app which does not do what it claims to do. I have now stopped my renewel, deleted the app and found a another really good one that has no issues getting all my facebook reviews. If you need this app to import from Facebook, look elsewhere.

    Absolute rubbish

    Does not work, does not access all google pages and will not pull in FB reviews... Please process full refund so I can try an alternative app. Follow up!!! I have followed your instructions to upgrade to your new platform as suggested!!!! It still does not work!!!!

    Did not work

    I have tried numerous times to contact support in which I never get a response!! The app does not work! I can not import my reviews from other places besides google. I paid to upgrade which was a waste of money.

    Mesmo no grátis, é muito limitado

    Não foi útil. Limitação de só 4 adições, sem controle de formato além de cor apenas. Não tem como saber se é bom, se não tem acesso a pelo menos 30% do seu potencial.

    I've had this app before that why I paid for a full year again and it won't even open. I want my money back and nobody from Wix will help me get my money back and nobody from inffuse answers emails or texts or facebook!!!!!

    Does not work - Support does not respond

    Stay away from it. Does not work on Firefox. Support does not care, no matter how many times you contact them. That is even if you have paid for 1 full year!

    Infuse was fantastic until the BETA Praise release, which has reset the layout and design and now unable to revert back - no response to emails.

    Just 5 Google reviews could be imported and when I tried facebook, instead of reviews, news feed are displayed.

    Nothing loads and company doesn't respond

    I downloaded this app to help put my previous and new testimonials to my page and after one day it stopped showing up. I had emailed the company support email provided that day, including screen shots of said issue, and a week and a half later I still have not heard anything back.

    Paid but no options

    I tried all the different templates and none of them look good. There are no options to modify existing templates so its too rigid to recommend. Also, you cannot use transparent backgrounds for the images which makes it difficult to make reviews without photos look good.

    Not design friendly

    This is great in theory but the button is tiny to get people to submit testimonials. You can't change the between colors so you are stuck with one look. There is no way for you to format the text and it is very very very basic. I paid extra to get a better look and wish I would have just tried a different app.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    The reviews are just static. You have to change it and you can't even import which reviews you want. It's limited to a few only. Don't waste your money. I regret paying the whole damn year. Can't get a refund for the remaining subscription. What's the point of subscription if you can't cancel? It's misleading you. It should say pay for the whole year no refund clearly.

    Facebook not working

    Connection to facebook didn't work, all was OK when I'm testing free trial, after I paid the upgrade Facebook stoped and I can't connect again. Sent many messages but teh replys and suggestions not working.

    NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

    The 'idea' for this app is great. And 'when' it works it works well Problems...slow/no load on mobile devices. Slow/no load without refreshing on some web pages. Life happens...I get it. Wrote customer support, no response. They replied to my second request, but then nada...no reply, no follow up, no solution. DO NOT PURCHASE. This is the best 'idea' for review I've seen on Wix apps. Such a shame the developers don't seem to care about quality.

    The testimonials appear on the "edit site" but when published and saved do not appear on the published page.

    Not at all customizable !

    Bonjour, J'ai ajouté votre application en pensant que tout irait bien, mais quelle déception ! J'ai payé directement pour la version premium, mais au final on ne peut pas traduire en FRANCAIS lorsque les clients souhaitent changer leur photo, tout est en Anglais et en plus on ne peut même pas changer la police d'écriture des commentaire ni les informations qui seront publiées. Car actuellement nos clients indiquent le nom du produit qu'ils ont achetés, mais là c'est uniquement le commentaire, la date (qui est en format Anglais et qu'on ne peut pas changer en Français), et le nom du client... Rien de plus ! Bref nous la supprimons tout de suite. Merci pour cette perte de 4€ ! ENGLISH TRANSLATE : Hello, I added your application thinking that everything would be fine, but what a disappointment! I paid directly for the premium version, but in the end we can not translate in FRENCH when customers want to change their photo, everything is in English and in addition we can not even change the font of the comments or the comments. information to be published. Because currently our customers indicate the name of the product which they bought, but there it is only the comment, the date (which is in English format and that one can not change in French), and the name of the customer. ..     frustrating

    I spent hours making this look professional and enticing for my clients to want to leave a testimonial. Two have actually commented that they have tried and their testimonies are not showing up on the website. The HELP area and Contact desk is a joke. I paid for this with my time more than money but both piss me off. What a waste.

    Poor App.

    This app does not work to its' potential. I am having constant issues. Sometimes the testimonial box does not show up. And when it does the layout is not showing up correctly as I have set it up. Now it is not showing on my editor page. I even paid for this app.
