    I haven't used it and its telling me I already have it on my site

    I tried to download this. the screen popped up saying "app already in use" its says I have to upgrade or start over. I have hit start over about 10 times. it seems to want me to upgrade only.

    Praise doesn't work

    I am going back to the original, as Praise does not connect to my Facebook properly, where most of my reviews are written. The original app worked in this regard. One thing I don't really like, is that I have to sift through every post I have ever made, to find posts by clients. One would think the app could block out my own posts, since I shouldn't be reviewing my own page anyway. I liked Praise for the star rating, but it's just not working correctly yet.

    Sceptique

    L'application n'a pas réussi à récupérer tous les témoignages à texte de ma page Facebook. J'ai contacté le support en leur joignant une capture d'écran du témoignage manquant. Leur réponse manque de professionnalisme. C'est pas leur problème aucune solution proposée. Dommage... A l'inverse aucun souci pour les avis Google, application simple et rapide.

    Hi, The formatting I put the testimonials into the app doesn't carry through. Prospects only see a Line of text. How can this be formatted?
