    A Problematic Application In Every Sense

    Subtitles do not work on mobile devices and they remove adult content and do not even give refunds. This is ridiculous, I paid for something I couldn't use and I became a victim. There is no documentation regarding the usage policy, they are responsible for informing users what is allowed and what is prohibited. Also, the customization options are very limited, so no matter how you try to handle it, this app is complete garbage...

    Unable to Cancel

    Does not allow me to cancel whenever needed, i have tried atleast 3 to 4 times contacting support as well.

In any case, like all apps in the Wix app market, you cancel in your Wix administrative dashboard where you manage all of your payments and subscriptions. Please try that.

      Please read the overwhelming positive reviews of ourt app. Since 2013, iPlayerHD has been and continues to be one of the highest ranked apps in the Wix App Market. At only $9.99 a month, it is packed with features and loads of bandwidth and storage. It is true only one video is allowed in the free version. That's typical of free app versions. Was there something else that you did not like? I would urge you to reconsider.

    Removing All Adult Content

    Used this company for 2 years. Just came back because of O.F. Now all of a sudden they are removing adult content from their platform. Then what's the point of using it. Why not just upload to Youtube and monetize it. Who sells videos that are not adult content? Really really dissapointed and frustrated.

    No worth it

    Monthly $9.9 just get 100GB video storage only. Not recommended to use this. If reach 100GB max limited and add more 100GB need to add more again $150 (Base on customer service reply) And the customer support is impolite!

    BASIC only allows ONE video

    You are only allowed ONE VIDEO even if its from one of your own linked provider accounts like Dropbox...etc.

    cant cancel review!

    bandwidth limit

    It looks cool first but after I tested my website sometimes with auto play video I got bandwidth limit exceed message and they restricted my homepage video. Now it looks total useless.

    Doesn't work + no customer support

    I've tried uploading videos multiple times. It get's to 100%, then freezes and nothing happens even if I leave the browser window open for hours. I've contacted support and gotten no response.

    I was not told that I could only upload one video on the info screen of the app. Not impressed and app will be deleted. Terrible marketing methods. I can see giving me limited space but only one upload...NO Do not waste time with the app.

    poor customer support

    I have purchased I playerhd premium account. I had few questions like, i would like to add tags for my videos and iplayer support does not even understand what i am asking. i also wanted to know how my weebsite traffic gets affected when i put iplayerhd in wix for which support didnt even care to reply. i wanted a next level support but unfortunately the customer support dont even care

    DON'T TOUCH THE FREE VERSION

    adding this app to my wix editing suite has completely frozen its assigned page so that I can neither develop or delete it. Strangely, it hasn't appeared on my apps list. Less than worthless, it is thoroughly destructive. STEER CLEAR.

    Bloody waste of time. My rating is zero star if it;s posssible.

    Don't fucking bother with this app. It takes hours to upload a movie and in the end what you get is 'Video Is Restricted', without even telling you what happened. If there are so many restrictions being placed and render the app being almost useless wat's the bloody point of creating it!

      If you read our app description, it clearly shows a watermark is displayed on all free accounts. Upgrade to premium and the watermark disappears. And the watermark only shows when the video is paused and never when your video is playing. Your review is grossly unfair.

    I was wondering what type of files are supported by your app. I went to your website and couldn't find that info.

      Hi Debbie, I'm sorry you could not find that information. I've been supporting iPlayerHD since 2008 - let's see if I can help. There are very few file types we do not support. The only one that we specifically do not support is Apple Pro Res because it is an intermediate codec and needs to be finished. The best format is H264 as the codec and MP4 or MOV as the container. When you render your video, maintain your source frame rate and resolution and encode at a bitrate of 5,000 kbps (5mbps) and we'll give you a great result.     Thought I had found an alternative to youtube sharing. But I was wrong. Free version only lets you upload one video to your library. I'm already paying monthly fee for everything else in WiX now I have to pay another?! No thanks!
