Free plan watermark obstructs feed

The free plan was promising. If you know how to set it up, it would have been great, but the watermark added by common ninja is way too big, centered, and obstructs the text. I could maybe have accepted a small logo in the bottom right, but as is, it's unusable Edit: Response to developer Response: Changed star from 1/5 to 2/5. Developer left reply stating they would consider changing the size. I appreciate the timeliness of their reply, and commitment to make their app better, even for the free version. I would consider revisiting this to see those changes once you make them, because I do think it's a good app, just too watermarked.

Not working for me

I can't use it... When I add the RSS link, nothing happens, and the feed shows a message "Seems your feed is empty" but it's not... Can help?

Rolagem

Plug-in até que é bom, porem tem poucas funções e a rolagem do Rss A navegação é apenas para baixo e não inclui slides. Além disso, o link para o YouTube não está funcionando; eles ainda estão utilizando o formato antigo de ID para incorporar links, enquanto o YouTube já não utiliza mais isso, agora é @(nome do canal). Estão realmente desatualizados quanto a isso.

Mixed Feed is not working

You can only have on feed on this app. If you want more, its with tabs that you cannot organized. I don't know why you are making options on apps that are not working well

  Hey, I'm not sure what you mean. In the settings panel you may change the feed type from "tabs" to "mixed" so you'll get one feed that pulls content from multiple sources.

Super disappointed

I was so excited that perhaps my old blogs would finally find a place on my website. This app did bring them in but all formatting is lost. No spacing, photos, etc. It's not even readable now. I was so mad when WIX forced us onto the new blog app that just simply sucks and didn't import any of our older blogs, and I was so happy to find this app that would import from the older blog platforms, but it's nearly useless as a blog. I'm keeping it as a hidden page for SEO value but it's not a way you can bring in and have a nice display of your blog from Blogger.

  Hey, thank you for the feedback. Feeder Ninja is indeed not SEO friendly. It'=s intent is to engage users and present them recent updates from RSS and social media channels. It's more likely to be used as a widget and not in a full page mode.

No Feeds to Display...???

This app worked GREAT for almost a week, and since then, I haven't been able to get it to show the Facebook posts for months. I tried to delete and add again and still no posts to display. It worked at first and now nothing. I have not changed anything. It's an open to public Facebook group. Please let me know how to fix this and the rating will improve. Thanks

Did not work and no support

It would not connect to basic US RSS feeds and the tech support team was of no help. Removing this App and never buying it again. I contacted Daniel from the Ninja Team in several occasions from 12/18/17 until 01/05/18 where basically he told me that he ad not made any progress in my request. I was trying to link a government RSS feed: https://ics-cert.us-cert.gov/xml/rss.xml. No need to contact me further as I have closed my account and I am using a better RSS feed.

Works very slow!

YOU HAVE THIS PROBLEM SINCE OVER 2 YEARS ?!!! EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING! -It is really long to show up when it's finally shwing up! - 50% of the time it's even NOT loading anything So you arrive on the landing page there is "holes", lack of imformations, the customer thinks that the website is still under construction... not professionnal at all, I'd rather pay more and have something working... I CAN SEE THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY COMPLAINING and you answered that you made a full update to your servers, let me tell you it's still NOT WORKING http://fabricebarrault.wixsite.com/mainstreetandmain

  Thanks for the feedback. We released a new and improved version, and rewrote all of our infrastructure from scratch. Our performance are much better now. Give it a try!

When opening the homepage the feeder works about 50% of the time.. Would be happy to pay for premium version if I thought it was more reliable

No Posts to Display?

Downloaded to my website and it still says there are no posts to display. I know there are posts to display, but they don't seem to pull through. I have added the appropriate Facebook Link to do so. Help would be nice! I need my facebook stream to come through and in a timly manner.

Their servers have been facing increased outages lately.

The problem continues to get worse and it affects the professional look of my site. They also don't allow refresh of the feed in real time. Even if you click the refresh button, it shows a stale cached feed from THEIR servers, not your local browser cache. Wish there were another RSS feed option available on WIX! When it works, it works...and the frequency of when it doesn't work is increasing.

  Hey, the RSS feed is being refresh once per 2 hours. This is the time we set at the moment, but it might be changed in the future.

No videos?

I have many videos in my Facebook feed but they are not being shown in the feed from your app? Only the image posts!!!! I've already upgraded to premium which is a real let down!

updates fast but cant seem to scroll through a feed, can only pull the most recent few things, depending on the size of the window. hecka weak.

Issue with Automatic feed updates.

To be able to 'tick' the option to refresh every minute, you need premium. When you get premium, it doesn't refresh every minute at all and Common Ninja support team (via email) said that they are working on a new version but that it might take some time. Effectively making the reasons for upgrading to premium completely misleading. Reason I have not voted 1 star, is because the app does work, it just doesn't do the 1min update. Some feeds/posts will not update for up to 3 hours. If you are a light user of social media you will be fine, but if you have several tweets in an hour then this will not suit your needs.

The wordpress feed puts inexistent spaces between lines and any image... so it destroys the post...

No feed to display

I tried adding this to my WIX website I created and it said there is "No feed to display" ... I cannot figure out why it is not working. I have tried multiple times and it keeps failing. Thank you.

Looks nice but high price, slow updates and no Facebook Closed Group Feeds!

Checked their site many time but didn't find any information about publishing a Facebook Closed Group Feed. Found a link from http://mySocialFeeds.com/ and they were able to help me with the feed. Very nice detail: They are providing full sized photos in their feeds. I am trying now to use it together with Feeder Ninja. SocialFeeds is not providing sharing options yet. Maybe very soon. Will check their site every week.

Great idea, but doesn't really work.

Upgraded to premium plan. When I turn off content so that I only get titles, it leaves huge blank spaces where the content would go. The spaces are the same size as the content would have been. I asked for help from FeederNinja, and they referred me back to Wix with a suggestion to resize the entire RSS box. Obviously, that's not going to accomplish anything. Very frustrating.

QUESTION

App looks good, but why does it display my calendar events in the opposite order? The earliest events should be at the top, not the bottom. I want people to see what's coming up in a week without having to scroll through stuff that isn't happening for months.

Just purchased - pretty bad decision....

It's a good idea, but shockingly slow to load..... defeats the whole point. Buggy in places. It's not acceptable to wait up to 20 seconds for the feeds to load - and sometimes they have a error and don't load at all. Until these issues are addressed and solved I will be unsubscribing from my premium subscription.
