    An und für sich gut..aber....

    als reiner Dienstleister verkaufen wir nur Gutscheine. Die Lösung für Gutscheine ( Keine Wertgutscheine) ist sehr dürftig. Kunden können einen nicht personalisierten Gutschein kaufen und diesen dann beliebig oft kopieren und weiterverkaufen weil es keine Möglichkeit gibt diesen zu entwerten. 2 Einfache Textfelder und ein Code zum entwerten könnte man wohl nachträglich programmieren. Kostenpunkt 300 EUR. Auch darauf haben wir uns nach der völlig falschen Beratung eingelassen. Nun kam die Kostennote mit 3.000 Dollar !!! 🤣 damit man auf den Gutschein ein " Von" und "Für" schreiben kann. Unterm Strich: Wir sind von Anfang an falsch beraten worden. Wir hatten 1 Monat Arbeit um alles so einzurichten bis es passte nur um danach festzustellen das man uns von Anfang an falsch beraten hatte. Wer ein paar einfache Produkte hat, für den mag das passen. Für Dienstleister die mehr als einen Wertscheck verkaufen wollen ist es eine Katastrophe. Schade für die schlechte Beratung. Enttäuschend !

Ich habe mich näher damit befasst und das vorherige Gespräch überprüft, das Sie mit unserem Vertreter des Support- und Anpassungsteams geführt haben. Unser Support stellte allgemeine Informationen darüber zur Verfügung, wie wir für die Anpassung in Ecwid Gebühren erheben. Voraussetzung für die Anpassung ist ein Arbeitsaufwand von mindestens 3 Stunden, wobei eine Stunde 100 USD kostet, also mindestens 300 USD, was keineswegs ein endgültiges Angebot speziell für Ihre Anfrage war – die Funktion personalisierter Gutscheine tut mir zutiefst leid Die Verwirrung. Darüber hinaus wird die Anfrage an das Anpassungsteam weitergeleitet, wo ein Entwickler die Anfrage sichtet und ein endgültiges Angebot erstellt. Für die von Ihnen gewünschte Funktion waren 30 Stunden erforderlich, was sich am Ende auf 3.000 USD summierte. Es tut mir sehr leid, dass das Angebot nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Ich hoffe, das klärt die Sache!

    Integration is too basic

    You can only have 1 Ecwid online store page on Wix, so in our case we have category pages that have different products from the "wix store" shown, but we were unable to migrate to Ecwid with the same site architecture.

    Does the job but quite buggy and erratic.

    The shop display design options are very limited so you can't showcase your products in an aesthetically pleasing way. Product description font sizes, line spacing and formatting sometimes get stuck in a way you didn't set and can't be changed back.

    Not great

    This app doesn't connect to Printify and it doesn't replace WIX store. That is why i must add all products and prices myself and update it manually. It is big problem for me.

      Hi! Thank you for the feedback! Ecwid is an e-commerce platform that allows creating your own online store to sell physical items, services, digital downloads. Here is more information about Ecwid: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005609945 You are correct, Ecwid is not integrated with the Printify platform. I am sorry about that. We do have plans to develop this integration in the future, yet there is no ETA on that. Currently, it is possible to use another print-on-demand dropshipping platform called Printful.     No really liking it at all

    I find that this platform is difficult to integrate with a Wix website. The CVS file is not accepted and it doesn't display the products as listed in the original products catalog on the wix dashboard. Also renews with out allowing to cancel the subscription.

    Wix practices of payments retained causes sales loss bottlenecks

    One of the most important reasons I chose to have a e-commerce store was to capitalize on the web presence of internet savvy shoppers. My website offers print on demand products based on my designs: my biggest pet peeve and the reason I am changing to Shopify is the delays in payment. Wix holds client payments for 10 days likely to accrue the interest accumulated and forces shop owners to pay for POD products out of pocket and wait for the transfer of money 10 days later. That's unacceptable as it puts the burden on the shop. Most of us aren't able to pay for $200 dollar orders several times a day every day. That effectively creates a bottle neck making it impossible for a shop to be scalable.

As I get it, you use Ecwid online store and are not happy with a delay between the time of payment and the moment when you receive the money. In general, Ecwid doesn't process or holds payments sent by your customers. In order to accept payments, you use a payment gateway and in most cases you should receive the money instantly after the payment has been completed. The money is sent to your merchant account registered with this payment gateway. I presume there is might be a delay between the moment you receive the money to your merchant account and the moment you withdraw the funds to your bank. If this is the case, it is possible to set up another withdrawal schedule. You can do it in your merchant account with the payment gateway you use.     Confused

    Every time I add it the store onto the page and put Items in the store. It disappears from the page and I have to re add it??

You can do it in a few easy steps Ecwid app: https://www.wix.com/app-market/online-store/overview Just add it to your Wix website and connect your store. Once you do it your store will be added to a separate page of your website and shouldn't disappear.
