It's a store
So far it won't let me add a cart. Every time I add one, it adds a search bar. The design options are limited and it keeps wanting me to upgrade. The reason we didn't use a Wix Store is because the client needed a separate bank account on the store that was different from the Wix plans and pricing app. I am not happy about the design but there are some nice features and it fixes my financial problem. Not sure I would use it again though. Not easy to find in the dashboard either.

First, about adding a cart, from the Wix site editor, there are 3 options when you add a cart and yes, one of them is a search bar. Kindly follow these steps to add a shopping bag to your site: 1. From the Wix site editor page, go to Online Store page 2. Hover on the Store block, and click the Settings button. 3. Click the Add-on option 4. Click the Add to Page button for the chosen type of shopping bag 5. Click Save and Publish buttons After following these steps, you'll now have a shopping bag on your Wix site. In regards to designing flexibility, we are working hard on improving the system to provide more better options for the design of the store. This feedback of yours is very valuable! Los envíos son un dolor de cabeza
No tienen un cotizador de envío, todo lo debes establecer tú y ok pero el problema es que si configuras varias zonas de envío al cliente le despliega una lista de todas las zonas donde envías y es ridículo que lo describas por escrito, al final eligen el más barato y uno como vendedor es quien paga la diferencia, terrible. Pongan las zonas y que con base en su Código Postal le de el costo que uno programó, solo así volvería a comprar.

¡Hola! Gracias por calificar Ecwid. Apreciamos su aporte. Revisé los métodos de envío (Enviro Dome y Enviro DM) en su tienda en línea y puedo ver que los limitó por zonas de entrega usando el mapa de Google. Al comparar las zonas dibujadas, noté que son casi iguales. Es por eso que sus clientes ven ambos métodos de envío en la página de pago: cubren la dirección de envío ingresada por el cliente, captura de pantalla: https://ecwid.d.pr/i/WufRUV Para solucionarlo, verifique sus zonas en el mapa y dibuje el área de entrega correcta excluyendo la zona en los siguientes métodos de envío. not user friendly
trying to setup different options for my store has been hard. I would like my costumers to have the option to pay a deposit or pay in full and I am unable to do this with this store. it is many other things i need my store to do and I am unable to do with this app

We do have plans to develop this integration in the future, yet there is no ETA on that. Not as user friendly as it could be
Had to contact wix support too often to assist in fixing or explaining set-up and editing with this app. On the surface, it seems user friendly but it's the minor details that make this difficult to manage.

Die App wäre gut, wenn sie richtig funktionieren würde
Leider sind riesengroße Abstände unter der Produktansicht. Ich habe es Ecwid und Wix mitgeteilt, doch niemand fühlt sich zuständig. Ansonsten ist dieser Shop sehr gut, weil er rechtssicher ist, was man vom Wix Shop - der besser aussieht und schönere Formatierungen hat, leider nicht behaupten kann :-( Der eine Shop hat Fehler - der andere ist nicht rechtssicher... Schade...

The online store is ok, but it is not possible to add the address for the shipment before the payment, which is weird for the customers.

The address form is displayed based on several settings: 1) product should require shipping (screenshot https://ecwid.d.pr/U35wxf) 2) there should be at least one shipping method set up in the store (screenshot https://ecwid.d.pr/4BjIXr). Besides, if you accept payments with PayPal, sometimes customers enter their payment details first and only after that they see the shipping address form. Good Store Platform but...
We use Ecwid and I'm good overall with it. I'm hoping they make adjustments because there are limitations but not as much as Wix. The main reason we use Ecwid is for the shipping API and they have some nice features over the Wix store. I don't think the cost is out of line. But Wix and Ecwid can't communicate on key features, particularly you have to have a Wix members page and a separate Ecwid login to restrict your store to only approved visitors. That is not customer friendly. Ecwid's live chat is a nightmare. English is not their first language and you can spend hours explaining the same thing 100 different ways to accomplish one thing. I've seen misspellings on some of their articles and extensions ("Requre" in big letters). I'm giving them the benefit and hoping for the best. I have to add that they go into your app without your permission. Right now someone from Vladivostok, Russia is in there doing I don't know what and no response from Ecwid's live chat after half an hour.

I would like a live customise feature on my products. For example, a live text: The client would enter their text which would then appear on a bag fro example. Do you provide this service?
