    I have a question. I am making a service where I can take orders of customer and give them their custom apps. I am actually selling apps to my customer. Is it possible? If yes how if now what should I use?

    Solid Integration

    This is one the best integrations i've tried of its type, but under the app dashboard there's an option to customise more with custom coding - some sort of guide about this would be great pls

    This is good

    This was the best free e commerce platform i found on wix but my users can't buy products because ecwid is telling that "we do not ship to this location"

      Hi there! This is the Ecwid team. This error is usually connected with the wrong shipping settings. Please, check that your products have the correct shipping settings in your Ecwid admin > Catalog > Products > open the product > Tax&Shipping. Also, please, check the weight of your products and make sure the shipping rates comply with them. I recommend checking the shipping zones as well. In order for us to be able to investigate this, inspect your store and tell for sure what needs to be changed in the settings, please, contact us at https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/requests/new regarding this and send us the link to your store.     Good Framework for accelerated roll-out

    ECWID is great framework that allowed us to roll-out our online business in matter of 3 days. Though framework does not handle multi-language that well (and has costly upgrades), I will highly reccomend this product for small and medium enterprises. Good work ECWID team.

    help with the Ecwid store

    Hi. I am not able to access my Ecwid app on Wix. The page on installed apps keeps saying that I have the cookies disabled, and I have checked my browser settings, but it has been saying this for a long time now. But other than that, I highly recommend Ecwid. Update. To get into my Ecwid, I had to login to Ecwid.com then sign in with my PayPal account, then it took me back to wix. It finally let me in.

    Great app

    I love this app. Very easy to use, and runs smoothly. I keep reading that I can set up different pricing and shipping for a specific group of customers. But I can not seem to figure out how to do that. I have a password set up for a Wholesale group, but I can not find how to change their pricing and shipping fee for them to check out.

If so, you can set up discounts for your wholesale customer group.     Is Ecwid a Print-On-Demand Website?

    Hello! Sorry to ask such a simple question, but I seem to be having troubles finding out how to use Ecwid as a print on demand. Is Ecwid a print-on-demand site or just a store for wix? If Ecwid is not, how would I connect my ecwid store to my printful account to enable a print-to-demand store. thank you much!

The store itself can be added to any website. We have a print-on-demand option integrated into our system: Printful. A Printful account can be connected to Ecwid and all the products which are created in Printful will be automatically uploaded to the Ecwid catalog. And if the Ecwid store is added to a Wix website, these products will display on the website.     Do you need a Wix eCommerce subscription, or can you just pay for this app?

    I plan to use this app, but I have the Wix Premium subscription, do I need to upgrade to the Wix eCommerce tier or just pay for this app integration?
