First, about adding a cart, from the Wix site editor, there are 3 options when you add a cart and yes, one of them is a search bar. Kindly follow these steps to add a shopping bag to your site: 1. From the Wix site editor page, go to Online Store page 2. Hover on the Store block, and click the Settings button. 3. Click the Add-on option 4. Click the Add to Page button for the chosen type of shopping bag 5. Click Save and Publish buttons After following these steps, you'll now have a shopping bag on your Wix site. In regards to designing flexibility, we are working hard on improving the system to provide more better options for the design of the store. This feedback of yours is very valuable! Apreciamos su aporte.  Revisé los métodos de envío (Enviro Dome y Enviro DM) en su tienda en línea y puedo ver que los limitó por zonas de entrega usando el mapa de Google. Al comparar las zonas dibujadas, noté que son casi iguales. Es por eso que sus clientes ven ambos métodos de envío en la página de pago: cubren la dirección de envío ingresada por el cliente, captura de pantalla: https://ecwid.d.pr/i/WufRUV Para solucionarlo, verifique sus zonas en el mapa y dibuje el área de entrega correcta excluyendo la zona en los siguientes métodos de envío.    Hello! Thank you for your message. The address form is displayed based on several settings: 1) product should require shipping (screenshot https://ecwid.d.pr/U35wxf) 2) there should be at least one shipping method set up in the store (screenshot https://ecwid.d.pr/4BjIXr). Besides, if you accept payments with PayPal, sometimes customers enter their payment details first and only after that they see the shipping address form.    Hi, thanks for contacting us! Yes, using Ecwid you can sell digital goods. You'll be able to upload your files (presentation and workbook) to the store. After that, your customers will get a downloadable link with these files to their inbox right after they pay for their orders. The feature "Digital Products" is available on the Wix Premium and Unlimited plans. You'll be able to upload the files with the size up to 1Gb per file on the Premium plan and up to 10Gb per file on the Unlimited plan. You can set it up in Ecwid Control Panel > Catalog > Products > Edit Product, click on the arrow near the price and you'll see the "Compare to" price field. POS — with the integration with POS you will be able to sell offline, via POS, on your website, as well as on social networks and online marketplaces. As long as you are using Ecwid application for Wix it is is not possible to place different categories on different pages due to Wix limitations, I'm sorry. However, you can link your site menu to different categories so that when your customers go to different menu tabs they get to the needed category. You can also add links to your menu in a way that will make it a dropdown menu with categories/subcategories.    Hi there! Thank you for giving us feedback on your experience. Feedback like this helps us constantly improve our shopping cart by knowing what we are doing right and what we can work on. So, I appreciate you taking the time to leave us this helpful review. Let me also tell how you can track the sales tax in Ecwid. You can do it with the internal export tool on the orders page: go to your Ecwid control panel > My sales > Orders > select orders > scroll down the page and click 'Export selected'. The orders will be exported to a CSV file (table) including such tax columns as 'Item tax details', 'Tax-exempt customer', 'Customer's tax ID', 'Order tax', etc. For example, you can choose to export only the tax column. This way, you will be able to count your sales taxes. Also, I recommend checking out the app created by TaxJar that can help you to create tax reports, as well as prepare and file them.    Olá! Pelo que entendi, seu cliente quer autorizar apenas o pagamento e depois cobrar os cartões de crédito dos clientes quando necessário manualmente. Note que o próprio Ecwid não processa nenhum pagamento. O Ecwid integra-se a uma variedade de provedores de pagamento que fazem as transações de pagamento. Alguns dos fornecedores de pagamento suportam apenas o tipo de transação Autorizar. Esse tipo de transação não será enviado para liquidação até que seu cliente capture os fundos manualmente na conta do provedor de pagamento. To make it easier for your customers to find the needed products you can group the products into categories so that each category is displayed on its own page. (https://bit.ly/2PdBGwg). Moreover, you can add categories to your Wix website menu (https://bit.ly/2D0EsiX). As far as I understand, you have nearly 10000 items listed on one page, which is not normal. Ecwid gives you a chance to display up to 100 products per one page, as more products per page would make it difficult for a store to load. You said you’d like to display 35 items per page, which is also possible. Once you have more than 35 items in one category, your customers will see NEXT > and < PREV buttons on the bottom of the product catalog to navigate your store (https://bit.ly/2POw1K7). Could you, please, share your store link with us so that we could investigate what might go wrong and why you have more than 100 items per page? Thanks in advance.

At the moment, when you add an Ecwid store via our Wix app, a new page with the store is created by default. Wix sites have an iframe architecture, and to ensure a smooth store integration, a new page with the embedded store is added. You can make the store page your homepage. So when opening the site, your visitors will see your Ecwid store immediately. To do so, please go to the Wix Editor -> Pages -> Manage pages -> Click settings besides the Online store page -> Set as a homepage. In this tab, you can apply other changes to the page like renaming it.    Hi, You have recently rated Ecwid. Thank you for this, we really appreciate your input. We've noticed that you aren't as happy as you could be with our service. As I understand, your main concern is the pricing rates for your apps in Ecwid App Market. I'm sorry to know that you are not satisfied with the prices for our apps. Ecwid is powerful and feature-rich. We have developed a new API which allows creating almost any application. When there is a need to extend store functionality, the Ecwid API and third-party applications fill the gap. The prices for the applications are set by the developers and we do our best to convince them to make the prices reasonable. Also, I'm glad to let you know that the new labels for products on sale have been added. For online payment methods, you connect your Ecwid store to a payment gateway (payment service) so that your customers can pay for the orders using it. The payments go to your payment account (e.g., PayPal account) directly. Also, you can set up offline payment methods if you want to process payments outside Ecwid. These methods are created specifically for merchants who want to accept payments outside the Ecwid system. For example, a phone order or wire transfer.
