      Bonjour, répondez à la question! L'application Gratisfaction est une application tierce conçue pour le marché des applications Ecwid par un développeur tiers. Ni Ecwid ni Wix ne vous facturent l'application, je crains donc que nous ne fixions pas leurs prix.    Coupon / promo offers for people visiting my store

   Hi, I'm thinking about changing from the wix store to yours due to limited functionality with coupons. A few questiosn: - Does your store support multiple coupon/promo codes at one time, e.g. can you apply a code to more than one transation? - Can I exclude 'sale' items that are in a collection from a promo offer? E.g. preventing two lots of discount - If I offer a free shipping code with a range of 'postal' items (things that fit through a standard letter box) and then a customer adds a bulkier item (that doesn't quailify for free shipping) can I prevent the free shipping code from working, e.g. I don't want a customer to use a code on a cheap item that gives them free postage for their entire order? Hope that all makes sense! Amd thanks

      Hello there! Thanks for contacting us. Let me go over your questions one by one: 1) Yes, one coupon can be used several times with different orders. Though only one coupon can be used per order. 2) Sure, you can choose the products and then limit your coupon to them: https://ecwid.d.pr/wuLyqb 3) At the moment free shipping coupons are applicable to the whole order and cannot be limited by products, sorry. Though it might be possible to limit the free shipping coupon to some items only with a custom solution.    Is this store the same as WixStores app also listed in online shopping apps? I see this one costs 19.00/mth. Wix charges approx. 19.00/mth more to add ecommerce. So what are the benefits of going with ecwid over WixStores?

   Great App but missing the ability to add ECWID apps like Bulk Updater

   I'll stick with it a while but may move to a fully functioning version of ecwid for the add on apps available. Please WIX allow these apps to be added.

Это количество товаров и остальные фичи, доступные на бесплатном плане, а именно: - возможность загружать неограниченное количество изображений к товарам, - добавлять параметры (цвет, размер, и т.д.), - возможность настроить расчет стоимости доставки и прием платежей, - возможность изменять дизайн витрины, - размещать магазин в социальных сетях, - и другие, позволяют создать полноценный магазин совершенно бесплатно. Более того, вы можете использовать магазин бесплатно всегда – в Эквиде нет триального периода. Если ваш бизнес растет и вы хотите продавать больше товаров и использовать дополнительные возможности магазина, вы всегда можете подписаться на платный план всего за $19 в месяц.     can't close window once I've added it to my site

    if I add it to my site I can't close the window to edit it. (I am using a Mac) End up having to lose tab completely and it hasn't saved. Theres a review from three months ago saying the same thing yet nothing has been done. Very disappointing. Fix this and I will use your app.

    Cuidado! solo se pueden agregar 10 productos!!

    He instalado la tienda virtual, cual ha sido mi sorpresa cuando al agregar el 11º producto me dice: Ha alcanzado el límite máximo de productos en la versión gratuita de 10 productos! Para probar está bien, pero para vender, no vale, quién tiene sólo 10 productos? ENGLISH: Warning! Only 10 products for sale in demo versión. 1saludo.
