Please, check that your products have the correct shipping settings in your Ecwid admin > Catalog > Products > open the product > Tax&Shipping. Also, please, check the weight of your products and make sure the shipping rates comply with them. I recommend checking the shipping zones as well. Good Framework for accelerated roll-out
ECWID is great framework that allowed us to roll-out our online business in matter of 3 days. Though framework does not handle multi-language that well (and has costly upgrades), I will highly reccomend this product for small and medium enterprises. Good work ECWID team.

Hi. I am not able to access my Ecwid app on Wix. The page on installed apps keeps saying that I have the cookies disabled, and I have checked my browser settings, but it has been saying this for a long time now. But other than that, I highly recommend Ecwid. Update. To get into my Ecwid, I had to login to Ecwid.com then sign in with my PayPal account, then it took me back to wix. It finally let me in.

I love this app. Very easy to use, and runs smoothly. I keep reading that I can set up different pricing and shipping for a specific group of customers. But I can not seem to figure out how to do that. I have a password set up for a Wholesale group, but I can not find how to change their pricing and shipping fee for them to check out.

The store itself can be added to any website. We have a print-on-demand option integrated into our system: Printful. A Printful account can be connected to Ecwid and all the products which are created in Printful will be automatically uploaded to the Ecwid catalog. The store page will look the same as on the Starter site page because you add one product catalog on your Wix site. 2. Sure. If you add the custom payment gateway in your Ecwid store, it will be available for all your customers regardless of the platform they buy your products from. If you add your Ecwid store on Wix, it works the same way as it works on the Starter site. It’s one store and all the settings are the same on different platforms. Note, if you want to use your custom app, you need your app to be approved and then publish it in our App Market. 3. All the apps you install to your Ecwid store will work on all the platforms where you add your Ecwid store. So yes, the Multi-level menu app will work on Wix. I love it! It makes online-store-making so much easier. Though I wish there could be a way to EDIT the PRODUCTS. I can't seem to Change the pictures of the products, the names/descriptions, and the prices. This is my only bet, except for E-Commerce. I was getting ready to delete. PLEASE FIX.

Hi! Thanks for your questions! Adding just one store using our plugin for Wix is caused by the technical difficulties of our integration with Wix. You can have one store in one Ecwid account but still make the impression of having multiple stores. You can change the colors of some elements in the store from our plugin for Wix. Additionally, you can apply more changes using CSS codes. The app works fine, integration has some lacks such as Members of a Wix Site still have to be Members of the Shop Site. Another thing can be, that if you would like to use an app from the wix store within the EcWid Shop - this, because there is another offer from EcWid directly with just a few Extensions. I would like to have more Extensions available, such as Logistics integration or a better way for uploading products or make price changes on the products within the EcWid Shop Database. Support works fine and they are giving answers and solutions within time.

Hello! Ecwid team is here. Thank you for your feedback! Indeed, Ecwid has its own "Sign in" option and at the moment does not have integration with the Wix members option. We have plans on implementing this feature in the future but it's just not there yet, I'm sorry. I've added you to the list associated with this feature. As soon as we have any updates, our team will definitely post them in this thread. As for extensions, most of the paid apps from App Market are on our billing. So, if you're on the Wix billing, you can't be charged for these apps, that's why you can't install them in your store. You can install only free apps and some apps that are on external billing (you pay directly to an app developer). However, some apps can be manually installed to the stores by the app developers. In this case, you will pay the developers directly. So please, try to contact them directly to install the app from their side. You can find contacts at the bottom of app pages. Thank you!

Just a few more things Ecwid needs to do and I will be a forever client
PROS: 1. Real time shipping, 2. Chat for premium members 3. Ability to place customers into your named levels (a loyalty program in itself). 4. Quick response to support tickets. CONS: 1.Customization of fonts, etc. is not provided. Very limited in terms of this unless you know code. It is very difficult to integrate the look of your website into their format. 2. Does not integrate with Wix in terms of having my return customers log in only once. Ecwid has their own sign-in on the store page, but if you have a wix blog going or something else, the customer would have to sign in on the wix home page AND if they want to order, sign in AGAIN in the Ecwid store. 3. They used to have the capability of subtotaling each individual's purchases, so you can see what level (to get that discount) they should be placed in, but unless you know excel or know how to deal with CSV (?) exported files, forget it. Get your calculator out. 4. Chat times are very long and most of the time you don't get the correct response. 5. The shipping charges that appear for my customers do not coincide with what UPS charges me. It is off about $1-$2 each time (undercharge). OTHERWISE this app has been the best Wix offers. Believe me. We have tried the Wix store (no discount levels, no real time shipping) and the other app by Powr (very limited functions with one kind of shipping charge [per item]). ***Sigh*** Maybe someday we will find all the functions we want in just one app.

Более гибкие возможности настройки дизайна для оформления в особенности страниц оплаты и оформления заказа. Ecwid зарегистрированный через Wix - Может отобразить только одну страницу на всем сайте Wix. Но затем внутри этой страницы можно менять коллекции делать заказ и т.д. Возможности менять дизайн минимальны. Если использовать отдельные фреймы из набора Wix, то внутри них можно отображать любую коллекцию товаров из Ecwid Starter site. Это дает возможность красиво настроить страницу для любой коллекции товаров. Возможности по On line оплате у Ecwid более широкие и гибкие.

У нас есть встроенные настройки, с помощью которых можно менять страницу категорий и карточку товаров. Так в несколько кликов настраивается размер и форма изображений, информация о товаре. Например, можно сделать так, чтобы при наведении мышкой на карточку товара показывалось дополнительное изображение. Плюс довольно быстро меняется вид страницы. Вы можете выбрать, где разместить описание товара: под изображением или сбоку от него. То же самое касается и галереи. GREAT APP BUT....
I was very unhappy with the Wix Store (so upset I didn't find Ecwid first), because I had to start over. The only thing I'm unhappy with is that it doesn't flow as well as the Wix Store and I really wanted it to sort of be an add-on onto the current Customer Account set up that Wix already has. I really really really really extremely dislike the stupid "get sign in link". We really should get the option to have it as the regular Create an account (Sign In) and if we choose to we can opt to do the sign in link for our customers. It's a complete hassle and inconvenience for me and my customers.

The Login by Link feature brings the following benefits: - since customer accounts are automatically created for all buyers, even for those who didn't register or sign in, the store owner has the full list of customers in Ecwid back-end (with the older sign in form with a password, only registered customers appeared in the Customers list); - unregistered buyers can always check their orders history once they log into the store using their email addresses; - buyers do not have to create and remember a password for online store; - only customers whose email address was used for a purchase can see their order history after they log in via a unique link in their mailboxes, so customer accounts are secure. In case you still prefer using the older login functionality (with passwords), please contact us and we will check if it can be enabled in your Ecwid account.

Plutôt bien dans l'ensemble.
Nous travaillons avec Ecwid depuis 2015 et cette application de boutique en ligne est très utile et extrêmement complète. Il y a cependant très souvent des problèmes qui mettent du temps à être réglé. Les nouveaux designs mettent du temps à arriver, il faut compter plusieurs mois avant de voir des nouveaux changements de design pour chaque partie de la boutique. Nous recommandons tout de même cette application.

Wonderfully easy to add to my website and create a Facebook store.
Everything works perfectly. It was a seamless integration with my existing Wix website. Adding products is so easy. Ecwid works well with my payment gateway also.

A better filter system in the platform especially when using the apparel store. As an IT eng. I was looking for better apps for the smartphone
