   Hi there! This is the Ecwid team. This error is usually connected with the wrong shipping settings. Please, check that your products have the correct shipping settings in your Ecwid admin > Catalog > Products > open the product > Tax&Shipping. Also, please, check the weight of your products and make sure the shipping rates comply with them. I recommend checking the shipping zones as well. If so, you can set up discounts for your wholesale customer group. The store itself can be added to any website. We have a print-on-demand option integrated into our system: Printful. A Printful account can be connected to Ecwid and all the products which are created in Printful will be automatically uploaded to the Ecwid catalog. And if the Ecwid store is added to a Wix website, these products will display on the website. Although Ecwid can only have one store currency that you set in Settings > General > Regional Settings regardless of language, you can use a paid app called Currency Converter to be able to show the currency based on your customer's location.    Hello there, This is Mirra from Ecwid Team. I see you have several questions, let me answer them in order. 1. You can add your Ecwid store on your Wix website. The store page will look the same as on the Starter site page because you add one product catalog on your Wix site. 2. Sure. If you add the custom payment gateway in your Ecwid store, it will be available for all your customers regardless of the platform they buy your products from. If you add your Ecwid store on Wix, it works the same way as it works on the Starter site. It’s one store and all the settings are the same on different platforms. Note, if you want to use your custom app, you need your app to be approved and then publish it in our App Market. 3. All the apps you install to your Ecwid store will work on all the platforms where you add your Ecwid store. So yes, the Multi-level menu app will work on Wix.    Hi! Ecwid is a subscription-based service. You can choose to pay for the paid plan monthly or annually. Thus, your account will be either charged every month or every year. If needed, you can stop the subscription anytime from your Ecwid control panel.    Hi! Thanks for your questions! Adding just one store using our plugin for Wix is caused by the technical difficulties of our integration with Wix. You can have one store in one Ecwid account but still make the impression of having multiple stores. You can change the colors of some elements in the store from our plugin for Wix. Additionally, you can apply more changes using CSS codes.    Hello! Ecwid team is here. Thank you for your feedback! Indeed, Ecwid has its own "Sign in" option and at the moment does not have integration with the Wix members option. We have plans on implementing this feature in the future but it's just not there yet, I'm sorry. I've added you to the list associated with this feature. As soon as we have any updates, our team will definitely post them in this thread. As for extensions, most of the paid apps from App Market are on our billing. So, if you're on the Wix billing, you can't be charged for these apps, that's why you can't install them in your store. You can install only free apps and some apps that are on external billing (you pay directly to an app developer). However, some apps can be manually installed to the stores by the app developers. In this case, you will pay the developers directly. So please, try to contact them directly to install the app from their side. You can find contacts at the bottom of app pages. Thank you!

   Добрый день! Большое спасибо, что оставили отзыв о нашей платформе. На всякий случай расскажем, как можно менять дизайн в Эквид-магазинах. У нас есть встроенные настройки, с помощью которых можно менять страницу категорий и карточку товаров. Так в несколько кликов настраивается размер и форма изображений, информация о товаре. Например, можно сделать так, чтобы при наведении мышкой на карточку товара показывалось дополнительное изображение. Плюс довольно быстро меняется вид страницы. Вы можете выбрать, где разместить описание товара: под изображением или сбоку от него. То же самое касается и галереи. The Login by Link feature brings the following benefits: - since customer accounts are automatically created for all buyers, even for those who didn't register or sign in, the store owner has the full list of customers in Ecwid back-end (with the older sign in form with a password, only registered customers appeared in the Customers list); - unregistered buyers can always check their orders history once they log into the store using their email addresses; - buyers do not have to create and remember a password for online store; - only customers whose email address was used for a purchase can see their order history after they log in via a unique link in their mailboxes, so customer accounts are secure. In case you still prefer using the older login functionality (with passwords), please contact us and we will check if it can be enabled in your Ecwid account.
