    every single graph have a bug

    it seems like they have done it on purpose or that they havent even checked if it was working or that they dont even care so you get the ultra premium with the css and u can edit their bugs. the data labels are on the top of the colums, even if you pay most of the customizations dont even work, the Line graph in the phone works very poorly and goes and goes

    All in all, cool stuff, loved it.

    Once in a while there are errors and the charts do not upload. However, support is very fast and they solve the problem in less than 24 hrs.

    Poor incentive!

    You've got a great add-on and with such limited options you could really capitalise but 1 column in the free use! I would most likely have upgraded if it was effective during the free trial but What graph can you really build with only one column!! Come one... do better!

      Hey SalDevo! Our chart app actually supports more than 1 column but it depends on the type of chart you're trying to create :) While Pie charts can only have 1 column, other chart types like bar or line charts will support multiple columns.

    Good app. Some missing features.

    I've really loved this app so far, and it mostly does what I need. My only complaint so far is that I can't modify the mouseover color of categories on the legend of my chart.

    Horrible App

    It just stopped working out of nowhere literally just says invalid response for an important graph just before we needed to present the website. Never download this app ever again!

    Disappointing

    The marketing material is pretty good, the tool is hopeless, you can't change simple things with more than one series of data, the filters are not accurate and most of the time doesn't work, to fit professional needs, I wouldn't go with them.

    Waste of Time

    The app only allows the creation of one graph with limited rows and columns. Users cannot create multiple charts. Useless.

      Thanks for the feedback, our charts offer a wide range of options. Some are limited to premium users only. On Wix you can create multiple charts without any limitation.

    Shame it does not work well

    Real pain to use this app, I do not recommend it, because it just constantly gets a Response 500 or 503 internal error after you spend ages designing your graphs, shame really because it could have been good

    This app is not working for the past two days :(

    I am frustrated with this app, at the begining worked well but them they are making few updates in the past few weeks and now is not uploading the information from the remote CSV files and is choosing a different type of chart from what I original selected. This is not ok for an app that we are paying to use it should be more reliable.

    Useless app

    You can not do anything with the free version. Generally charts are connected to a data source, however this app could not be connected with collections from your wix website.

    App is not working. Paid for a premium!

    Spent hours making the charts only to have it working for a few minutes then all of a sudden charts data were not loading. Also, all data are static and you won't be able to connect on external database. Don't waste your money upgrading to Premium.

    terrible

    it worked at first, stayed only on the slide i wanted it to stay in. I have 8 slides and now i cant get it to stay on just 1 slide, and if i delete it from the slides it dont need it in, it deletes on all slides period. and its the same graph in each slide too, if i change the graph on 1 slide, it changes to the same on all slides. I clicked on toggle off for the option of " show on all pages" and it still shows! I need it only on a few slides and not the same graph on each one.

    Cant change the color of bars!!!

    Works great! I need to have dynamic data...I can load OK the json data from your example at https://gist.githubusercontent.com/dsternlicht/e71cc888139a8320bfad9476e8d88597/raw/696ad5c3b62deeb0e1694e98668ab8176d61fc67/chartsninja-data-2.json. This json loads perfectly But I cannot load the same json file from my sites, like https://classic.lanube.cl/landbot/chartsninja-data-2.json or from http://ec2-54-69-182-66.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com/wixninja/chartsninja-data-2.json I get the message : Could not load remote data. I can access the data via browser ok. Is there some other requirement for accesing the json file ?

    Needs Optimization

    Why is it that when i have two charts on one page, it cannot decide what chart to edit. When i try to edit one chart on the page, it makes changes on the other chart.... Sometimes i cannot edit a chart on my page and litterally have to add a new one over again. Even when i do that it still glitches.

    pay them and you will still need to into settings to remove their branding off your charts

    very time consuming and cost money to small businesses when they have to waste hours removing their logo off hundreds of charts created. they should remove their branding automatically once you make your payment to get the premium version.

    you pay for premium but must still go in the settings to remove their logo

    not a big deal when you only created 1 or 5 charts. but in my case we have created over 500 charts for our clients and we have to go into the settings of each chart to remove their branding.

    Free version is useless

    With free version you can do nothing. No possibility to test the app with a simple Line graph and a .csv. Waste of time :( More easy to upload an Excel chart.

    Total disappointment

    Just needed a very simple straightforward bar chart. What I got with a free edition was a very ugly inflexible chart. Color options are limited and difficult to set. Bars are very widely spaced. I could only build the chart on Ninja website, not my own, as it kept giving me a message "oops..... try later". Total disappointment. The developer's website itself takes ages to download and to move between pages. I am removing this from my website and will be using an Excel chart.

    Automatic data update via Google Sheets

    This app looks really good for what I need, except for one thing: it would be awesome if the data being used for the charts could be automatically updated from a online sheet, like Google Sheets. I don't know if this feature is available in the premium version, but looks like it isn't. Could you add this feature? It'd be so so so incredible!

    Ads Keep Coming Back

    Great App but Im paying for premium service and the ads keep on coming back. I have to manually go in at least twice per day in order to keep the ninja chart ad off. I wrote to their customer service and no one responded!
