comments disappeared

After I changed the URL of my blog, comments disappeared on most blog pages. I asked the devs to fix it three times, and they only restored the comments on one page, out of like 20. It's really a shame, I had a bad experience with this app.

are you kidding me where is the trash can for people to delete their comments and sometimes when i delete the app for a restart it dosen't delete and then you have to re-load the page page for it to delete!

Great but for one area

if you want to have multiple comment sections for different areas its completly useless, for one area its great though

Looks so unprofessional

I have disliked this app since I started using it. It looks so unprofessional, not trust-building at all. I switched to another reviews app and can't transfer any of the reviews from Comments to the new one.

Meh

I have this app on my website and it's works fine. I just wish a direct link could be emailed directly to a customer, who made a purchase, and encourage them to leave a review.

It Wont Work

If added. deleted. re added. It keeps telling me "error" and to contact the creator. LOVE the idea of it.

Works, but I still need something better

Why doesn't it sync with my user's profile on my website? Also I can't change the font. It doesn't match my site theme, AT ALL.

Used to be a useful app w/ good support

UPDATE: This app now moves either up or down on my webpages when other elements are clicked. I've had more than five email exchanges with your tech support and they have not offered any solution nor been responsive with timing. I first wrote on December 16 and it is now Jan 4, still with no resolution. VERY frustrating and pretty unprofessional to not have someone more responsive on your end. -------------------------------- The premise behind the app is fairly basic, but sometimes that’s all you need. What I have really appreciated though is that the parts of the app that I wanted to customize but wasn’t able to, the developers went in on their backend and made the changes for me. Very responsive and helpful!

Can't set a different "Comments box" for each pages

I have tried to set the "comment box" in each product page so that the customers could easily see the reviews depending on the products. Unfortunately, every time when you set the comment box, the review is shared with every page. How could I separate these reviews depending on each pages. Also, I have made contact to the help support team 2 times in Japanese and English but no reply.

It's fine, but adding to the blog Post page sets the size of the page wherever the comments app is added (so lots of blank space beneath it sometimes) and posts in the app show on every single blog post rather than each blog post having its own comments. Not using it at this point.

Does not render on blog

Where do you add the app during installation? On a post, the blog landing page? I only see a comments field on the blog landing page thumbs, not at bottom of an actual post page. Please advise. Thanks.

Great app, terrible UI

Im in a need for a good comments app, and this one have what I need, except the fact it looks terrible and the color changes it gives is not enough, it needs to have more design options and better mobile UX, srsly the mobile version is why I removed it from my site, unusable on mobile... will update if fixed

quite disappointed

Its pretty good except for the fact that you have to pay $47.94 a year for 2 small things witch are moderate comments and unlimited comments I would prefer if you could switch unlimited comments for like no sign in required or full customization because its 50 dollars a year almost for things that are pointless to be paid for. like i said i think you should replace them for the things i listed above. though i do commend you on your business tactics because the whole reason i wrote this i didnt want to empty my comment very often if at all

Having trouble

The comment box isn't responsive, in that it stretches the web page even when there are no comments present. This is due to one of our blog posts that received many comments. Any assistance in helping me make it responsive would be very much appreciated. It should only stretch or collapse based on whether there are comments on any given post.

Not really free. Really not at all.

This started out as an amazing experience, with great (really unheard of) customer service. However ... you're limited to ten comments. Which, c'mon. That is basically NOT free. (And to buy it each month is not nothing.) Furthermore, I didn't know that I was limited to ten (I admit, should have read more about it) so I'd maxed out but the app doesn't tell you that.

Great app, but only 10 comments are free! Paid version is very expensive....

Free App not so good

When you have the free version you aren't notified when someone makes a comment and you can't reply to them, there is a reply button but it doesn't do anything. I think I'll delete it

Good, but...

Glitchy. If wouldn't recommend it using it in your blog because in order to load the comments of the most recent post, first loads all the comments and then, shows the most recent ones. Making the site load very slowly.

App Issues...No Fix

Loved this app when I started...but I haven't been able to respond to comments via the dashboard for months and months, and even after several requests on how to fix the glitch, there still isn't an answer. I'm looking at other options rather than paying the premium price for an app that doesn't work like it should.

About the comments per post

Messages are stored with posts' links. But why all of them appear in every posts?

Customer service staff gone missing

When I first got the app the staff were very responsive to messages. I was asked to add a review which I declined as the app hadn't been used and now they haven't responded to multiple messages asking for help.

Comments box is little but the comment is long

When somebody write a long comment the box comment is littel and words get out of the comment box. And I can not anymore find the post buton.

No comments editing for users

If you include editing comments for users (sometimes we misprint and want to change your comment, sometimes change our mind and want to delete that), the app will be decent. For now, I won't install it.

A bit unsure...

At the moment I am not wanting to add the comments feature to my website, although I would really like to! My website is a blog, and at the moment there is not a feature to add a comments section per blog, only a generic comments section. This simply would not work well for a blog website. Are there any plans to be able to add a comments section per blog?

Only 10 comments as a free user...

More comments

The free version only has 10 comments, I think it should have at least a maximum of 20 comments. It works well, but in the free version when you reach 10 comments it starts to go wrong.

We are not allowed to delete or edit comments that I wrote.

Il ne faut pas exagérer!

L'application est peut-etre tres bien mais il faut ENCORE payer pour pouvoir modérer les commentaires alors que c'est la base puisque nous sommes responsables des propos sur notre site (près de 50€ par an!). Je suis déjà client Premium de wix et il faut encore débourser pour avoir une simple fonctionnalité. Et je suis assez surprise des commentaires de cette application... Modérés surement!

Ehh

I mean its good, but I mean, to only have a max of 10 comments for the free version I find to be a bit silly. But thats just my own opinion.
