Nice App, Great Customer Service

I pay for the upgraded version of this app, because I need more than the free 10 comments. It was really easy to integrate into my Wix website. The only thing I don't care for is the smiley set. It's pretty ugly and outdated and doesn't give a visitor many useful choices. I hope the developers will work on improving this. Now, can we talk about customer service? They are TOP NOTCH. When Wix upgraded their blog app a few years ago, all comments on published blog entries were lost, and Wix said nothing could be done. I was very upset and wrote to Comments Plugin Support, and they worked and worked to get my comments back! Recently, I had to contact them again about a problem (wasn't their fault) and they provided a quick and easy solution for me. Overall, I'm pleased.

There isn't unlimited comments. Something I don't like, so I don't use it.

What about difference?

This was a great app so far then I tried to make a second comment box with different settings I went to re-check my previous comment box and it changed to the other one all the comment boxes should be different, or be able to be different according to what the owner wants. To explain the basis of my problem I made 2 comment boxes both with different settings-Or so I thought I went to check the first comment box the settings changed to the first comment box settings.

Not Bad, but...

I have the premium version. Overall, the comments app is pretty good, but for one major exception. When I share a blog post on Twitter (and only Twitter), the comments section does not appear on mobile devices. It does show up if I go to Twitter from my laptop. I put in a ticket a week ago, but haven't heard a response. Since people engage on Twitter mostly from mobile phones, this is a major drawback for increasing engagement on my blog. Otherwise, the comments app works as advertised.

Works well

This works well, but not with all browsers / firewalls . That and me not being able to rephrase the title from 'comments' to 'reviews' (which is how I'm using it) is the only thing that stops me giving it 5 stars,

I was trying to add this feature to my site for ages, but couldn't find a way of doing it; so this feature did the job. Thanks a million! I'm surprised this isn't added into Wix automatically to be honest. When I created a WordPress website using https://lightyearhosting.com/ for example, comments pretty much are enabled automatically (you can turn them off too obviously), so I got used to WordPress and expected that Wix pretty much worked the same way, ha-ha (I was wrong). :P Anyway, great app; it does exactly what it says it does and you've saved me a headache.

Good comments app

I've been using the paid Comments app for several years, and find it quite good. My readers can comment without signing in to my website (which is very annoying when they already are subscribers) and more importantly I can answer in this app, which you can't in the native Wix comments on the new Wix blog. To use this app you need to switch off native comments first. It's a little clunky when you want to go in and delete, add or change a comment either a guest or your own. And sometimes all the thousands of comments show under the most recent blog post, which can be confusing. But when I've had problems I've had a relatively quick response each time to sort out the problem.

Can we change the font size?

We cant change the font size of the review. Pls help

Muy buena app

Esta genial, hecho en falta la tranducción según en el país que entre el usuario. Pero por lo general esta muy bien, cumple su función. También sería interesante que sólo pudieran opinar quien haya comprado en la tienda (filtración por email), es decir si el email no está en mi lista de clientes que no puedan opinar.

Good app with 1 problem

I had a great time with this app. The only problem with this is if your are on the site, and someone comments you have to refresh your page to view the comments they wrote

This is honestly a great app, but I really love the customer support! it's not a souless automatic response but rather there's a real person behind the emails! I would suggest this app because it's really neat and the customer support is great!

Great App

This app is an alternative space for your customers to leave a review about your business. I haven't use the free version so, I don't know what issues other people are facing. I pay $3.99 monthly I can received a notification to approved the comment. Good app tool if you want to try.

When your blog is based on Wix you just need to now that there is a bottom you have to switch so that not each same comment will appear on every single blog post!

When pushed this App takes up the challenge

I have used this App for two years as the comment option for an online newspaper. To date there have been over 20,000 comments and each has had to be moderated. The App has performed very well and there has been good support as the App has evolved to provide more options for commentators. I recommend the App to anyone looking for an accessible, well structured comment environment that is easily edited and managed by administrators.

Great app but...

The app is great and will work fine on most pages but if you use the app on a dynamic page the comments are shared between pages. I do recommend this app if you want to have comments on regular pages. But I relay wish there was support for dynamic pages in the future for this app.

I had problems with the transfer of comments from page to page. I contacted wix support and they solved my problem. Allan helped me and was very polite. Thanks!

I was having problems with all of my comments being displayed on my site. I contacted wix customer support, and they helped me. First they gave me instructions to do myself, and ehen I couldn't, they did it for me. I am satisfied in the end.

We have just installed this app an it is very easy to work with and the setting options are simple and easy. After installation we had some questions and contacted support/helpdeask. We received quickly and very friendly help. However, we have some needs that the app unfortunately does not cover. We hope that it may be developed in that direction over time. We look forward to getting started using the app on our site

Great Customer Service

I personally feel like the app is kind of confusing to use. I may just not be a technology-oriented person, but it can be hard to try to understand all of the kinks to use the app. Because of that, I ended up emailing the company with my questions, which were answered almost immediately and thoroughly. The customer service was so very helpful and quick, that I love it. The app construction and the limits in the free package... not so much. But that's okay. If I have another issue, I can just send an email!

Field Titles

I really like this and it's very deserving of its overall rating. However, would be great if I could change the field titles from things other than just "Leave a message..." ect. Other than that, not bad.

A Comment on the COMMENTS App

Adding the COMMENTS app to my blog keeps me in touch with my subscribers. The couple times I've run into a glitch, Uri and his team have replied quickly and completely to my plea for help.

Membership app

Is it possible to synchronize the comment app with membership app, so that members name and info would automatically come up. Therefore member can comment with his/her name and photo without filling further details. Please let me know if its possible.

Help when I needed it!

Initially the installation of the comments app was a bit of a drama, my site stopped function in a normal way. Allan was kind and patient and helped me fix things. Everything is up and running again and I am pleased and relieved!
