    Dropbox link is not working!

    I tried to connect to Dropbox and is not working, contacted Any File Support by email and they don't reply.

    Sync or Upload

    I would like to sync this app with a Dropbox folder so that visitors can play the recording files stored there, but is it correct that this app does not have a sync function and can only upload files?

    Seems like it mostly works (?)

    Its a good idea - I really need something like this for my site. But this app has broken elements (like the font selection boxes), limited customization, and due to this I don't really trust it with my client data. Its got to be much more polished before I ask my users to submit their copyrighted material through it.

    Can you add a re-directing link option and scroll bar?

    Hello, I would've found this app more useful if it these features as it is not entirely customisable/ functional. Can you add a re-directing link option once a upload is complete? Instead of just refreshing to the same. Also, you need to add a scroll bar to the side of the inbox, because I can't reach older added files once 5 new files are uploaded. It's a major hassle and all new files need to be deleted first to reach the bottom, as everything gets pushed down. So far haven't had a great response from you on email.

    This seemed to be exactly what I wanted but...

    At first I was really happy about finding this app, as it seemed to do exactly what I wanted. After a few moments of setting it up it seemed to work like a dream. Until my anti virus alerted me about blocking a dangerous website. The images get uploaded to a site which is labeled as dangerous. If only I could host the images straight out of my dropbox since the app already has support for it...

      We store the files in S3 and the unique ids are part of the filename. We've looked all over for a solution to this, but it seems we need to move our files to a different type of file store to get rid of those pesky strings.

    Can hide or not the files from common user of the website?

    Why you not answered this regards question by yes or no??!. Please tell the files can hide or not from the common users.

      Hi, You can use Wix to control access. Add the AnyFile app on a members-only portion of your website and only members will have access to your files.

    Dose not support on Mobile

    I have uploaded some files by this App. It shows on desktop but are not shown on mobile. It means it is not mobile friendly.

      The app is mobile friendly, but you may have to enable it in the mobile edit mode.

      I am not sure what was not functioning but our uptime reports only show a couple of downtimes in the past year (due to our DB provider, cloudant). --- No estoy seguro de lo que no estaba funcionando, pero nuestros informes de tiempo de actividad sólo muestran un par de paradas en el último año (debido a nuestro proveedor de DB, cloudant).

    customer service should be improved much more

    I bought premium plan then the upload function does not work when I try to upload as a visitor. I send emails to support email , email in and email out several days, and now i am still waiting for your solution. I think customer service is a very critical important factor to us to select app to install for website because the technical support team is not a local team, errors can happen anytime and we need very quick response and support for App teams to fix problems. Plz improve your customer service much more better to keep customer.tks

      Hi, I'm sorry you experienced problems with AnyFile. Every support email is answered by a software developer who understands the product. Your first email was responded to in 15 minutes on a Sunday night. Subsequent emails involved investigating your site to understand the issues, which takes time.
