SEO improvments are bound to expensive subscription

Initially I was convinced this would be a great fit for our WIX store, but it turns out that whatever is done to your pages to improve SEO visibility is only tmporarily as it is bound to the subscription. So if you cancel your subscription, the changes are reduced to the free version. Also the number of pages that are optimized is a fixed number related to the subscription. So if you have more than 50pages (as you have more than 50items in your store) you need to go for the most expensive subscription. Not working for me. I would have to pay monthly fees of around 100,-€.

Nothing to like about this app.

I've changed my keywords at least 3 times now. The "premium listing" keeps using the same keywords I've deleted. Over and over again. I didn't enable the listing to begin with, they just went ahead and signed me up. On the same day each month, I receive 3 emails from different "people" (most likely just automated messages from 3 different lists) that request a review. Every month, same day, same 3 names.

App takes your money for an upgrade, one week later login info either doesn't work or brings you to a free member profile. The app doesn't update even after two days of publishing. Don't spent money with this company.

I have used this app put when i When I checked backlinks issue i didn't found any backlinks, all was fake. Also, it is not easy to use they do not have any demonstration videos how to use it

This is designed to pull you in to premium features. You're better off taking a class in SEO than relying on this.

I used this app in 2023. I realized I was still being charged for in in 2025 without it being accessible in my WIX dashboard. I literally had no access to the app and had assumed I was no longer paying for it. The only emails I received from Rabbit SEO were marketing emails in 2025 asking me to sign up to use their service. Yet when I did my taxes and checked my bank account they were STILL charging me. Further, when I went into WIX to login to the service, it was a broken link and did not show I was receiving the service. I paid for 2 years of this app and received NOTHING for it. Shame on me for not catching it sooner. But SHAME on Rabbit SEO from stealing from a small business owner. I would never recommend this app due to their lack of integrity. It was only after I complained that someone restored my access to the app in WIX which showed I had access.

No leads

Not one lead in over a month. They just keep asking me to upgrade. Not doing that without a few leads at least. I have gotten an increase in phishing spam emails. Thanks for that.

Beware

After testing the app briefly, I uninstalled it from my Wix site. Despite this, it remained connected to my account and kept creating “free listings” using irrelevant keywords. When I contacted support, I was met with skepticism—as if I didn’t understand how to install or uninstall an app. Even after providing screenshots proving the app was no longer installed, I was told that “on their end” it still appeared active, and the request to fully remove or terminate my account was NOT granted. This dismissive tone assumes the user is at fault or lacks technical understanding, rather than acknowledging a system-side issue. Claiming that “it’s free, so it’s fine” completely misses the point—unwanted backlinks with unrelated keywords can actively damage a site’s SEO reputation. It is my right, as it is any user’s, to revoke consent and have all data and connections deleted. In 2025, there is no excuse for a company to be unable—or unwilling—to manually terminate an account upon request.

FULL OF BUGS ! OVER-PRICED ! Buyers aviod!

I spent $180 on this product, and honestly, it feels like a waste. The app has very limited features and is riddled with bugs. I can’t even upload pictures to the blog I write, which is incredibly frustrating. I reached out to their customer service, but they didn’t resolve anything at all! I’m not sure how reliable the other reviews are, but this has been my personal experience.

Good Luck Trying to Cancel

I cancelled services a longtime ago and still being charged. I'm not able to cancel the subscription within Wix. It is not showing up. I went to the RabbitSEO website and tried to login and cancel the subscription there, and they have no record of my email. However, they are emailing me monthly with invoices. This is yet another one of those companies that keep you in subscription hell and hold you hostage. Not worth the hassel when you decide to stop using the APP

Terrible experience – do not use. Working with Rabbit SEO has been a complete disaster. Since the beginning of our collaboration, our website has been flooded with toxic backlinks from spammy directories and worthless sites. It has seriously harmed our SEO and triggered constant red alerts in SEMrush. What’s worse: these toxic backlinks keep being created every day, even after we asked them to stop. And the list of backlinks they provide is incomplete — the most harmful links aren’t even listed. We’ve asked multiple times for our account to be deleted and for a refund, with no real solution or accountability. This is damaging behavior, especially toward small businesses who rely on their SEO to survive. ⚠️ Avoid at all costs — unless you want to spend your time cleaning up a mess you didn’t create.

Cheap and ineffective

This app is poorly made and looks and functions 20 years behind the times. It is not connected to any of the common search engines and is a basic and often inaccurate tutorial to optimize SEO. It actually does absolutely nothing. The articles and back channel pages it creates are garbage. RabbitSEO is stealing money. Go use Ranking Coach its cheaper and actually has features that accomplish the goal of SEO.

N'achetez pas ca c'est de larnaque je n'ai jamais eu a créer de compte au moment de payer le premium je revien le lendemain et ca me demande de me connecter a un compte ?? On m'avait envoyé des courriels sur mon email lié à Wix j'essaie donc mes login Wix et ca me dit aucun compte avec votre email... Vraie arnaque ils m'ont gobbé 40$ sans que je ne puisse rien faire. I'm super upset about my experiences with this App. Mostly because we've had a really rough financial year, backpacking off of a difficult miscarriage and we've been incredibly busy just trying to keep our heads above water - So I had been using the app for it's intended purposes. When the new algorithm came out in March for Google, My SEO dropped from RIP ROARIN (which I had built up PRIOR to ever using Rabbit SEO) to dropping so dramatically.. I went from over 1,100 avg monthly clicks to my website to 300. When SEO specialists went through it was determined that AI generated content (All I had used in that regards was Rabbit SEO) was the issue. So, I didn't blame the app, I merely canceled my subscription as fast I could as to not get dinged further from Google.. and completely stopped using the App.. Now I see I've been charged 7 months further for a total of $1,827 - I could throw up.

Not quite sure how it's gained such stellar reviews

It's basically a glorified checklist which gives you a few free backlinks. It keeps creating landing pages. Today I've gone from having 77 to having 9. My actual number is 15. This has been going on for a few days now. Tried messaging them a few times to no avail. Maybe a review on here will finally get me a response.

Frustrating Experience: Frequent Technical Issues and Poor Value for Money

I chose this SEO app based on the numerous positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory. We're not inclined to leave Rabbit a glowing review. Every time we use the app, we encounter a new issue that requires us to pause our work and contact support. While I appreciate that Rabbit has a responsive support team, the app itself is not worth the hassle if we have to constantly report technical problems. Currently, we're dealing with a situation where the app has duplicated hundreds of pages and even added non-existent ones. This is unacceptable, especially considering the app's cost. We're now considering asking for a refund. A premium app should not require frequent support interventions to fix recurring technical issues. I'm also concerned that these problems might be negatively impacting our SEO rankings.

Installed earlier, and when I click the app to open it, Wix shows me: Page not found Sorry, we can't find the page you’re looking for.

I do not recommend this app

I have asked for a reimbursement on the app. It is a chat-only app. It is not worth the money and there is no proper support.

Worst App ever!

Does not load properly, does not update. Has wrong numbers for metadata. The worst. Do not waste your money!

It worked fine for a little bit in the beginning, but later on, it became horrible. When I made changes and attempted to refresh the landing pages, the updates did not appear, and the correct percentage was not displayed. I contacted technical support via email and submitted the necessary forms but did not receive any response.

Has anyone gotten this to actually work? (UPDATED)

(UPDATE) Rabbit claims to have fixed the issue. They may have but I have already cancelled so cannot verify. It's clear they had zero quality control as even basic functionality did not work with any chrome based browser. Their support team was responsive and did try to help but the product was just not up to par. I paid for a month to test this out. So far it is a disaster. The issues are long - It won't let me delete or add keywords. Of the three it randomly picked 2 have nothing to do with my business - This screws up the landing page report because it's using the wrong keywords. If I reset them it doesn't persist and goes back to generate the same useless recommendations - Backlink articles are created, but you better be happy with what gets created because you can't update them. It says you can and it lets you edit, but when you go to save it just errors out. - Right now, I'm giving 2 stars but it will drop to one if this turn out to be some minor glitch.

Worse Then I Thought - ZERO RESULTS

ONE of the worse SEO you can get. NOT A Single click Visit on my site. ZERO Results. You Actually Don't know if they are doing Anything what-so-ever. Seems to be throwing money in DRAIN. I wish it would have worked for me, But after giving shot for whole Month. with NO Results. even If I had few visitor I would have rated them better, But my traffic decrease for some reason after I signed up. AND off course NO MONEY BACK Guaranteed. so try this on your own rish

Revised opinion

Update again: I will delete this app as soon as I can. It was fairly easy to use until it went completely buggy. Tried to work with it again today and it still isn't working.. It's not registering any changes I'm making. I'm seeing multiple glitches. This is a terrible app.

Do not pay money for this

I downloaded this and paid for a membership because it had such great reviews on Wix. Their app is an absolute mess (ironic for something that is supposed to help boost your SEO). It is not intuitive, the UI is abhorrent, and I do not believe it is worth $25 a month (or more). They also offer you a free link in exchange for a 5 star review (hence the great ratings). I recommend looking elsewhere for help boosting your SEO. They will scan your pages and tell you how often you have keywords appearing among a few other things and give you a score. While some of the recommendations are useful, overall I have not had a good experience and will not be renewing my membership. I would not pay for more than a month for this.

I am baffled at how RabbitSEO can have so many 5-star reviews (or any for that matter)!? Perhaps it's from the free plan, because I had a paid membership and it was a COMPLETE waste of time, energy, and money! If it was possible to give less than 1-star review I would, because: * NO training video - how can that be acceptable nowadays, especially from a software company (that is more than 10 years old). * After I complained for about a week and sending countless emails requesting training, finally a tech from India contacted me and scheduled a half-hour "training over the PHONE" - I will add that this tech never answered the 3 post-training emails I sent her. * The number of backlinks advertised in the package I paid for is NOT the actual number of backlinks provided - it is the number of backlink "CREDITS" which, depending on the type, can require as many as 3 credits for 1 backlink!? My best recommendation is that you don't waste/lose your time or money with RabbitSEO!!!

You can't even use the app after subscribing and paying for the premium plan.... It still says you are a free member an don't have access to any features... Then you try to uninstall the app... and it says you have a premium subscription so you can't delete it... I mean... come on...

Huge scam

Support never respond. And then even though you cancel the subscription, they still go ahead and charge you. Spent 3h today to resolve the matter and got 0 support from this app and from Wix. Also, lots of errors encountered. 0 support. Big mistake.

One problem after the next

*EDIT* Original review: The dashboard is not overly complicated and the results are optimal thus far. New review (after having time to use the app): I have had one problem after another using Rabbit SEO Booster. It is not detecting landing pages, changes on them, and picks up pages that have no association with my website. I asked for a meeting to try to find a solution for all the problems I am having and they send over a appointment calendar where there is not one single slot that is within business hours, which feels like it is by design to discourage users to set up meetings. If I don't receive a resolution I will be cancelling my service at the end of the week and go with a different option.

Waste of money

$50 per month and 0 gains in traffic. Had this for about 8 months now and finally it's time to give up.

As soon as I signed up and entered basic info, immediately added COMPLETLY irrelevant backlinks to my site without asking any approval first. I'm a local healthcare business in North Carolina and RabbitSEO added backlinks from Texas Magazine. So if you don't care where you're getting backlinks from, this might be okay for you
