Insecure / lack of design options / Cant connect Events already made

I co-work with my client on WIX. I could use my clients exact same email address and pw to create a new Sign-Up on Eventbrite. "No email already in use message" – that is really concerning. For the Amount of money they charge the options for design are extremely limited - This is running on HTML5, not a mail server. Not being able to connect Events on Eventbrite that are already made is nearly insulting oldfashioned and needless to say frustrating.

Unable to Add Waiver

Unable to add a waiver for my event like on other event platforms. Love everything else about this app- but because it lacks the waiver feature will have to delete it from my site and send my participants elsewhere :(

App doesn't work on mobile (iOS/Android devices)

Such a shame it doesn't work on mobile (iOS/Android devices). Mobile accounts for 80% of my visitors so not suitable.

Organizer ID error

I have added the Eventbrite app to my Wix website, but when I try to add my Eventbrite organiser ID, it tells me: Error: Organizer id "450..........." not found. Can someone please help?

Very old fashioned

Unfortunately very oldfashioned. There are many other apps which compete in the market. It looks like this one did not upgrade anything. You can't edit much, you can't add much, You can't even change the size of a picture. Poor... :(

the correct Eventbrite app is Event Viewer !

Why a false app has the name of eventbrite while it's event viewer the official app of eventbrite... Not very professionnal work wix...

Bad interface

How do you add an event? I am logged in to EventBrite but every time I click 'Add Event' in the app it takes me to a new event page. How do I add an event that's already live? This is not obvious! Or is it a bug?

usless junk

do not like this prefab cookie cutter with limited customization. Still stuck using Google Calendar for my non-profit events, at least til these people get a clue.

Doesn't Work

This app says it doesn't find the ID but 15 sec later it does but it doesn't update the old number so the old events still remain. I presume creating events from the app will work but it recognizing events already made doesn't. In short it doesn't work as intended.

Help

I paid for it and I want to add my event but it keeps asking me to do a new event. Like brand new. And what's my organizer id someone help

Higher Fees than Expected

Compared to other products that I've used / am using, Eventbrite add an additional fee on top of the credit card and per transaction fee. Be sure to look into this BEFORE you commit. The other product that I've used was RegFox (eleconference.com/register). Although I will say that Eventbrite DOES has a much better look overall than RF.

VERY inconsistent

The "organizer ID" lookup field doesn't work properly. The app fails to load anything half the time and instead displays "We're sorry, this content cannot be displayed. Please try again later." If you're trying to run any business through events, find another solution.

most apps i try from Wix NEVER WORK it may only work if you are in the US whats the point

This app is garbage. I created my event in Eventbrite,& all that showed on my site is a blank box.

I spent two hours trying to link this to my Eventbrite account. Finally, after youtubing and googling, I learned the app powered by Eventbrite is called 'Event Viewer.' When I added this to my site, it worked perfectly!

No longer works

I try to pull in using EventBrite ID...no longer works. I should've went with Wordpress. Wix plugins are lacking.

Hi How do I get the money for ticket sales and how soon after the sale?

Doesn't work...

I really like the idea of this app, but as it stands I was not able to get my events to show up on my website. It just continues to say "Service Unavailable", doesn't matter what I used, organizer ID, location or keywords. I even tried creating a duplicate event through the app it's self, non of it worked. However it did display a lot of events that I was not organizing.

Question: Can you accept payment through this app? If so, can it go into a bank account?

What is this?

What is the difference between this App and just signing up for an Eventbrite account? I emailed Eventbrite, but I got a generic reply.

Organizer ID Help

I really like this app. I know my organzier ID but when I enter it in the organizer ID field in the settings area it says "Service Unavailable". I can get other methods to work (e.g. keyword, location), but not by organizer ID. Any recommendations?

App doesn't work on mobile (iOS/Android0 devices

If this would function on mobile devices, it would be 5 stars all the way; but seeing as a majority of my customers are clicking through their phone, this app does me no good.

Was good...then...?

Between the 2 Eventbrite apps to choose from, this one worked better for me because there are various people creating Eventbrite Events for the non-profit organization I'm creating this website for. Being able to have events appear by keyword search for my non-profit's name therefore worked really well as compared to having to use 1 specific Eventbrite account only. Anyway, it was all good until it stopped working! I contacted support (Ryan) and he did respond saying that the app should be back again and working. It is back again indeed...but not working :(

Looks Good But ...

Loaded the App into a WIX page and it seems to function OK. Kinda excited about using it. My only problem is reaching any support which seems to have disappeared. Ryan, are you out there.

No Paypal integration

I didn't see any PayPal integration--maybe it's there but I couldn't find it....

Great app and heard an review that wants seating plan, well ticketmaster has that but fees are higher, ticketmaster is the king of tickets and eventbrite is more of organizing, tickets, and lower fees. Great for non-profits.

Too many clicks for customers to buy tickets

Doesn't actually sell through 'my site'. takes way too many clicks for somone to purchase tickets, only current option for my requirements is to create a shop, What I need is a an app (even if i needed ot pay for it) that lets me set up different ticketing options and has seating plan
