    DO NOT USE WIX... AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!

    Absolutely useless in communication and impossible to reach Customer Service. Try to find their number or chat box. When someone does call you back all they do is just take a note and pass to relevant department. They don`t know anything, they can not confirm anything. You will be receiving generic replied as no one actually reads your email properly or looks at the complaint history and bothers to resolve the issue. Honestly 2 months of stress trying to create a landing page and decided to move to someone else. I can only imagine the issues you will have and the "support" you will receive, once your business is set up and running.

    You can't reach them!

    While you can make a pretty cool website using Wix once you put your credit card on their site good luck trying to get it off or stopping them from taking your money!

    I have been trying to delete an account for two years.

    I would leave a 0 star review if I could! I have been trying to delete an account for two years. It was originally set to "auto renew". I took it off this feature because the service has to expire before they let you delete your account. Each year the auto renew feature some how "magically" gets switch back on and then a 60$ fee gets charged and I am told that I have to wait another year before I can delete my account... so I turn auto renew back off and wait again. Then in the spring I see another $60 charge and get told to have to wait another year to close out the account. I'm disgusted by this entire process and this company.

    Can not delete from site

    I can not get rid of this app. please delete this app. I contacted customer service they told me push delete on my keyboard lol that was the first thing I tried and it only deletes it for a minute before reloading the website .. then its back

    Highly NOT recommended

    I've had so many problems with Wix over the years I'm not even going to go into it. If your looking to sign up: I would save time and energy and not sign up. I've heard really great reviews on Wordpress. I am so upset after years of building my website I have to invest in another company because of how horrible wix is. I don't even know what I'm paying for with wix, it's automated to just keeping having you upgrade. It's overall confusing and costs too much: the decent features you need, people making mistakes because of how confusing and difficult it is to work on the site. glitches too much, mobile view editing is a pain it takes way more time to work on than it should, and this whole site thing is a mess. I can't wait to start over 6 years in with Wordpress!!!!!

    Worst Customer Service: The supervisor hung up on me!!!

    The customer service people who answer the phones are not equipped to answer your calls. The lady I talked to had no idea what my Business Vip Premium plan came with and told me that I had to upgrade to the $500/month plan in order for me to accept payments through my website. But this wasn't the issue. My issue was that I had a Business VIP Premium Plan that included Unlimited Bandwidth, 50G storage, and Unlimited video hours. But just recently when my plan was automatically renewed in January 2020, the settings changed in my plan but without any notice. I wasn't given a call, notice, or even an email. How is a customer supposed to know what changes to the plan are if they are not notified. No business owner has the time to look up the settings and make sure each and every settings is the same as the previous plan. If there is a change to the plan, you should be notified so you have the chance to upgrade or downgrade your plan. This company expects you to know on your own. And then when you call them and ask why you weren't notified, they hang up on you. I was transferred to a supervisor and after explaining how frustrated I was with the previous service agent, he hangs up on me. This is by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful company I ever dealt with. I spent over $468 on my yearly renewal to have some sloppy supervisor to hang up the phone. Please don't give this company no more business and take it to some other place that will appreciate all your hard earned money. For example, Suqarespace, Network Solutions, Hibu, Google Sites, and GoDaddy.

      This is not about us. Our app is one click to add and you put in your basic company information. People can then read and write reviews and you can approve reviews with one click via your email. Super easy, no clutter and or bloat ware.

    Billing feels purposefully misleading

    I have had a wix site for a few years and had no complaints until my subscription plan more than doubled in price. I could no longer afford the website, but cancelling my plan was confusing and felt purposefully misleading. I was unimpressed by customer service during the entire process and was charged for a new year despite my efforts to cancel my plan. I was then denied a refund. Beyond frustrated. Would NOT recommend.

    Terrible Customer Service

    the app for this website, if you have any add-ons whatsoever, is abysmal. I have had more than one website with wix for about five years. During that time, I mostly used my laptop computer for all booking and client notes. More than once, when the app is updated, my phone becomes utterly useless. The typical problems include no longer being able to access clients on my phone, no longer being able to book clients on my phone, and inability to access any notes, and all history being unavailable. This is unacceptable.after reaching out more than 20 times this last go-around, I still am unable to book clients from my phone. The excuse given to me is they cannot reproduce the problem on their end. I have done everything they suggested to no avail. What's more frustrating, is they won't call me even though I have requested them to do so several times. This back and forth in email is slow and laborious. What's worse, it isn't working, so we have to find another solution when there is a problem. I'm at my Wit's end and don't know what to do. I do know that I would not suggest using any of the add-ons that wicks offers on their app because they are not dependable.
