    It Does Work

    Technically it works, but I was not happy with it. I deleted this app. 1. No instructions, that's par for the course I guess, it doesn't seem like anything on Wix has instructions. 2. Could not figure out how to get product reviews only on the product page that they are for. All product reviews showed up on every product page. 3. When someone is writing a review. 5 yellow stars are shown. This leads them to believe they are leaving a 5 star review. However unless they actually click on the stars, no stars are added to the review. The technical term for this is Stupid. It should either default to 5 stars or show 5 gray stars so reviewers know they need to select the stars. 4. The format is unattractive and not inline with the standards for reviews on any online store I am familiar with. 5. When I started typing this review. I selected 2 stars. I looked up before hitting "Post Review" and it was up to 4 stars. I probably clicked 4 somehow without noticing, but that was weird.

      Hi, We have directions and videos on how to install and use the app. The link to the directions is in the app and it's called 'setup help' and it is on every screen. The system defaults to 5 stars and unless you change it will stay at 5 stars. I just tested it to make sure it really does work and it does. We modeled our system on Amazons/Walmart/Home Depot. However the system inherits the style of your website. 'This review' is not us it's wix.com review. The wix review is more of a commenting area than a product or service review. In the directions we talk about how to have different reviews on different pages and that our system does not support 'products'. Thanks, James

    Will increase payments randomly

    They will increase prices whenever on next bill without notice, slick and unethical practices and most people don’t catch it because they are on autopay. Thought they already charged taxes, then my payments went up randomly. To just start charging taxes randomly without notifying customers is unethical, yawl did that just a few months ago when my price went up, now yet again payments increase in less than 6 months during a pandemic. Wix lock people in with these websites and know it’s not easy to just transfer a site to a better cheaper host so yawl get away with increasing whenever yawl want without notice. Not right at all! Prior to this I was a loyal customer, always recommending them. Site is simple to use.

    Leaving a review hoping to get in contact with someone

    I like working on the platform but it is sooooo so so hard to get in contact with anyone. My account has been wiped out and I want to fix it but there is no way of getting in contact with anyone. Someone from Wix please get in contact with me. Thanks, Nick

    The truth of a great liar and opportunistic company.

    You will be attracted by the price and ease that this company will offer you to create your website on its own platform. You will think you are doing a good business, but deep down you may be doing the worst business. 1- The site you make through the WIX platform will never be yours. 2- You will have your beautiful website up and running while stuffing this company's ass with money. 3- If you make the site with a programmer you will have your site and can save it on your computer or change servers at your convenience. 4- In wix you can not save anything on your computer and is practically required to maintain the premium plan for your site to keep working. 5- The amount you will pay for wix over time will be higher than hiring a developer and making a website keeping in mind that you only have to pay for the domain and hosting. However for simple websites that do not need management or editing at all times I suggest you find business or professionals who do this kind of work. In the end you will be saving a lot more than you think.

    website set up and communications misquotes and poor customer services WHERE'S MY WEBSITE

    Its been almost 2 weeks now and i still can't log into my supposedly completed. Where is mu website? I was quoted a month-to-month rate but my bank account was charged for s two year rate. What a ripoff. My webside which my daughter created surpassed their child-like looking website. I instructed James to link my current website with there url's. That has not been done either so I cancelled my contract with them. HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO GET MY MESSAGES OMG THIS COMPANY IS SO SAD ONCE YOU SIGN THEIR CONTRACT, THEY DO NOT RESPOND IN A EXPEDIOUSLY MANNER.

      You need to contact wix support they can help you with your website. We don't make websites, we don't edit them etc we only provide a very efficient app for getting and displaying reviews. We don't do billing, we only have a month to month option. You left a bad review for a product/service that has nothing to do with you.

    This App

    It seems like our app developer here is paying/soliciting reviews from people....identical reviews showing up multiple times, a '5 star' review for a hotel HA. It's a good idea but there are too many key features (showing posters email) missing on free version for it even be worth trying. 'James", let me know if you ever add this key feature for trial version. Hope you can start getting more real feedback
