    App stopped Working.

    I paid for a year's subscription, but the app disappeared from my website after a month of service. I contacted customer support via email and no one responded.

    Stopped working

    When the app opens it opens a small window and I'm unable to navigate anywhere. It's virtually useless.

    It Sucks!!!! Big Time!!!!

    it just pops up on the page your on with absoltely no way to put it anywhere or ad it to a speciefic page! Just is a little box bothering you with no way to edit or attach anywhere. Piece of CRAP! ZERO STARS

    Reviews are not displayed on the app AND NO HELP given!

    I have been using the app for a while, when I decided to add another review section on my page, the app got buggy and does not let me display my Reviews! Only shows "Example viewer" and this is undermining my image!

    I hate this app and when you want to delete it it stays. And I read a lot of reviews for this app and they say that if you buy the app and it does not work they will not give you a refund! And one guy said they took $231 without asking him!

      Not at all true. The app is free for the basic version and only $2.99 a month for the upgrades. The app is for small businesses that have a single service, such as plumbing, hair salon, or landscaping. The other review systems are for shopping carts that have many products.

    SUPPORT TOTALLY SUCKS!

    Support TOTALLY SUCKS! I had an issue that I wrote to them about and they didn't even bother to check out what I told them. The reviews suddenly stopped showing the star ratings. The reviews were still visible but the yellow stars for each review had disappeared. I've been using the FREE version all along -- They just said I "probably needed to renew my subscription." Total losers and dumbasses!

      The stars are a premium feature not a free feature. A cup of coffee cost $3.65 at Starbucks in my neighborhood. Can you at least spend $2.99 a month?

    HATE THIS AP

    Do not use this website builder! Once they get your bank account, they make you beg for a refund, which I did not get. Charged me $231 without asking me. Then they hide how to get a refund deep in their website. RUN FROM THIS! THEY ARE NOT CREDIBLE!

      This has nothing to do with us! On a side note we have been using them for years with no problem. We have started and canceled websites without issue.

      Our app is free unless you enable the stars and reply to feature. The app is kept simple specifically to make it useful for service companies that have pretty much just one service they provide.

    Bad service and worse customer relations

    Stay away if you want no nonsense reviews. Customer support is ran by Alejandro Retana <alejandroretana@gmail.com who simply ignores your issues. When proving my email address was setup since a year ago and notifications were not coming to my inbox when a review was left, he took the liberty of stopping communication with me. So I am leaving the service after paying for premium Update::>>>> this owner is very unprofessional administrator. He takes no action for his failing application and takes retribution to a paying subscriber . He posts my review as a weapon in his email and basically telling me know he is not fixing the issue that he was originally blaming was on our end . When you see his app- RUN Run there are others to use I could not copy and paste the actual email he sent but here is the gist Alejandro Retana 12:56 PM (9 hours ago) to me Hi Probably it has a fix, but write reviews just to not be patience is no good for both of us: image.png > Thanks, Alejandro

    The app doesn't work

    It says the team has been contacted, it just shows red writing talking about an error, it doesn't load. Tried multiple times and a week apart. That's sad because I had high hopes for it and was thinking of buying a plan for it!

      Sorry about that! There were some third party changes that we did not know about that required a pretty big update to get working again.

      Vielen Dank! Solange sich die Bewertungen auf einer anderen Seite als der ersten Seite befinden und sich die Bewertungen in Ihrer normalen Navigation befinden, sollte sie indiziert werden.

    I do not get any help!!! I am so disappointed

    Hello, I did write serveral times to the support but never got help! The reason why I bought the app is because the app advertises that the stars are also shown in google stars! But until now it doesnt happen and I am waiting already for a couple of months! Can somebody help me or share the experiences? Thanks so much, Nina

      Google has a hidden logic as to when it will display reviews and if it will show the star rating. We have followed Googles directions on how to share your reviews with the search engine.

    Not easy to use

    I was looking for something simple. This took up the entire section. Also, not easy to operate.

      I am not sure this is about us! There is literally 3 fields for the customer to use and a link called publish that automatically shows up in your email that allows you to publish on your site instantly.

    Wow

    Beware of working with wix. They don’t care about your business. I tried to cancel because of COVID and military obligations and they did not care the slightest. Look elsewhere. They should put this review app link on their own website.

      People are supposed to close the window when they are done. There should be a message detailing that their review is being processed and they can close the window.
