I had a custom order from Afric-Style, I met the designer she is so sweet and very kind. We talked about ideas for my custom gown and i must say she did a pretty good job overall. I love my dress ! One thing I want to add is timing, I would suggest to anyone give themselves enough time when ordering a custom design because it is a process and so many inconveniences may occur so give yourselves enough time.

Free app works pretty well

Of course there are limits to the free version. No stars and can't respond to the review on the same page. I am contemplating upgrading. Do I get the stars from the already posted reviews, retroactively if I upgrade? I assume the reviewers all clicked on the stars they just don't appear until you pay?

I have found a glitch PLEASE HELP

After installing this app to my site, and paying for a years worth of service, I found that the app has blocked me from being able to navigate past the first page. I would love some help with it, please.

It does work but design could be improved

It seems to work well but the design of the form where customer leaves review is not attractive at all. There is no option to change the design to make it look more in line with current standards.

Great App, Could be better

I love this app. It is practical and easy to use. However it could be better if It send emails to notify me for new reviews. Otherwise I'm happy with this app and I'm a premium user.

Good app

I was convinced it was a good idea from the promo video you showed on why it was a good idea to upgrade. However, I was disappointed in that once I upgraded I lost all my previous reviews. Thankfully I had just started and only had 5 reviews but would have been very unhappy if I had more. This should be addressed and people should be aware that they will lose all reviews. Or am I missing something?

Easy to Use, Would like a couple features

This has been very easy to install and set up! I'm excited about adding this feature to my site. I particularly liked that I can have different review boxes for different pages/products. To give a 5 star rating, here is what I would like to see: 1) ability to add photos to reviews 2) ability to add emojis to reviews 3) ability to change text font/color/background on review form that customers submit just like we can for the initial set-up of the review block on our site. The review form that customers complete and submit seems a little outdated. Adding these features would quickly bring it up to speed! Please let me know once these features are added. thank you!

OK I get it!

I don't know where my head was! I have been just getting back into the art of SEO and so I went to this old website, yes old, that I built for my business eons ago and decided to put some effort into it. These guys are A-OK in my book and for someone that has been working the web for as many years as I have that is a real compliment.

Review Submissions

Before my clients were able to publish the reviews from their emails. Up until recently they have not been able to. Was there an update or reason this feature was removed? Is there a way to have it back?

The instructions provided in the video were easy to follow and it really was a no fuss affair. I just need the customers now to upgrade for the shiney stuff :)

Bit of a rocky start

At first it wasn't a successful app on our website, I had to work hard at getting people to leave reviews. Just putting a link to leave a review somewhere on your email responses to customers isn't very effective. Also, I don't care for the "leave a review" link situated by default at the bottom of the web page app window. It should be at the top, so people do not need to scroll down to find it. I think I miss reviews because it's not obvious to my customers on how to use the tool. Also, instead of just the words "leave a review" it should be a button you click on so it's even more obvious and intuitive to the person wanting to leave a review on how to go about doing that. Aside from those two issues the free version of the app has been reasonably good in capturing basic customer reviews . I understand the developer is trying to get you to pay to have other features.

Good App for reviews But...

If you are just wanting all reviews lumped in one place then this is an amazing app. The problem is when you want multiple instances of this app on different pages to show the reviews for a single product on each instance of the app. For example, I have a page dedicated to each of my books, this app would have been perfect to show and allow people to leave reviews of that title, however trying to set up another instance of the app dedicated to another book is impossible, as it just shows the same reviews. I hope in future this can be fixed, as it is the only thing letting it down.

A over all good app. allowing you to integrate previous client reviews manually. The only improvements I can suggest to make it a Great app would be as follows: 1) The star rate system works on a hover over instead of a click. When using multi window tabs it is very easy to wave the mouse past it and accidentally give yourself a poor review. 2) The alignment of the top and bottom texts. Customer Review and write a review (or whatever you chose to put in its place) isn't quite aligned correctly and the bottom text drifts left. To be a little more aesthetically pleasing it could be lined up. 3) Building in an automated rotation of reviews with a custom time setting. So that I could chose to feature a single review which then cross phases to the next in a gallery like style every 5 seconds or so. Thank you for building a wonderful application and I hope to maybe see a few mod's in the future.

Just added this to my site to give it a try. Works very well, just one question though - On the Feature and pricing it states the free version is fully customisable but when I try to edit the app to change text style, size etc it says upgrade? Can definitely recommend this app though.
