      Hi there! Our Wix app requires an active subscription to keep your product files and store data saved on our server. If your subscription is inactive for more than 30 days, the system automatically removes the information. Sorry for the inconvenience!

    You need to add the botton to each image or file that you will sell, imagine if you have a 100 product. this is too much work and very stupid idea

    Даже не смог подключить свой аккаунт PayPal, не дает подключить персональный аккаунт, сразу просит бизнес-аккаунт! Оплаченные деньги, как и понимаю, никто не вернет. Удалил приложение и никому не рекомендую!

    Terrible

    Absolutely horrible.... I paid $10 for the paypal checkout to not work. IT DOESN'T WORK. How wix allows this on their site is beyond me. Again, after connecting paypal and paying the $10, it still doesn't allow paypal to collect payments.

    There's nothing here

    Where's the UI? All you offer is a "buy now" button? all you offer to take payments is stripe and PayPal? You push out a half baked app and expect $10/month for an empty dashboard and even emptier shopping experience for potential customers?

      Hi there! Yes, you are correct. Our free trial is the same as our full service. That is so you're able to see what the service is like before committing to a paid subscription.       Hi there! It's not possible to offer certain prices to customers based on a third party membership, unfortunately. The buy now button will be available to all customers.     no possibility to empty card or remove item

    If your buyer makes a mistake or changes its mind there is no possibility to empty the card or remove an item. That does mean that he would never ever again be able to buy something, as the card can't be emptied. It's a crappy app and I am sorry and angry that I wasted my money (288 dollar for one year) on this amateur system.

    dont waist your money or time. And if you by any chance end up using it, pray it works (if finally it does) because if you have a problem no way on earth you will find someone to help you. Can not understand why Wix will allow this crap.

    Doesn't work

    This app doesn't work. At all. I have tested it three times separately. I continue to get a message saying my payment is pending, and the page will be updated with the link to download. Payment went through, and I never got a link for download. Payment posted to bank account, got the receipt from PayPal, but NO link or e-mail from Sellfy. Don't use this app if you actually want to sell downloadable content.

When a seller first starts selling through PayPal it can happen that they hold payments as Pending until they're able to verify some information with you. After that, it all happens nearly instantly. As for checking on the email delivery of the link for your customer, we're happy to look into it! It can possibly be delivered to another folder in the mailbox, like "Promotions" for Gmail and customers overlook the email.     sort of a hassle

    pretty disappointed with this app. It messes up a lot and doest send the automated email with the links to the digital products that customers have paid for. I have had to resend the email several times. Some dont get the email no matter how much you try to resend and this lame app doesn't let you change the email address or send all the files in a way that i dont have to manually do it. ridiculous. save your money and go to shopify or platforms that offer better apps that do the same thing.

As for the email delivery concerns, the likely situation is that the customer had overlooked some of their email folders. Sometimes the emails can get placed in folders like "Promotions". Searching "Sellfy" or another keyword nearly always does the trick for these customers. You can also copy a quick link to provide instead of the automated "resend email" option.     can't customize button, store is useless, avoid like plague

    it lets you have an anonymous 'buy now' button on the screen, which, i suppose, you can accompany with a jerry-rigged photo, or some such, but which utterly destroys buyer-confidence. i want to wix to boot these guys. very annoyed.

You can then customize your Wix store page to display images, info or anything else you'd like. The button can be moved anywhere on the page so that it fits in just right! I hope this was helpful.     It worked one day

    I tried the app, it works perfect, as soon as I payed to upgrade I realized it is not working for my clients. It takes forever or never shows the "Buy Now" button. The analytics don't work.

    Waste of time and money

    I sent so many hours putting my site together, only to discover customers can't add multiple products to a shopping cart. Why isn't this offered? I have just read that wix isn't compatible with sellfy pro (so I can pay extra $$$$ to get a shopping cart) - so I have no other option but either sell one download at a time (so ridiculous and a sure-fire way to lose customers) or cancel. What a total waste of time!

So, it is absolutely possible to use the Pro Plan in combination with your Wix website and integrate the Shopping Cart feature.     Terrible Reviews

    I have been reading the reviews and I am concerned this app has a laundry list of issues. I don't know if there are any resolutions to some of this issues. Could you please update your comments if a feature has been release to address the customers issue Also, I tried demoing the app and I can't get past entering in my credit card information. If its a demo, it should allow me to enter a fake credit card number so that I could actually see what happens once my customers purchase my digital product.

      Hi, Sorry to hear you've formed a poor impression so far! All technical issues get resolved asap, and we normally communicate updates to the persons affected by any bugs. We don't have a public status update for that specifically. To get the full Demo experience, you can simply start the free 14-day trial, which will have all the functionalities of the Premium version, including the full checkout. After the 14-day trial, the app won't be upgraded automatically, so you'll be able to decide whether you want to continue using it.

    awful, so hard to use.

    Difficult to use, trial not clear

    The fact that I spend 4+ hours just to get one product up on here for my Wix site was enough. But when you add the app to your site, it's not very clear that it's just a 14day trial- otherwise I wouldn't have used it. Waste of time, I wouldn't pay for premium anyway.

    Latest version Sep 2018 is crap!

    3 critical visual errors on the site page - still shows original price, no hint of a discount and no discounted price shown, plus half the screen is a dark see through grey with a long scroll bar. All critical on page issues and basic. Slow reponse from vendor and no apparent urgency for fixing any of the problems.

    Why can I not get the downloads to go to my customers email address, its coming to the address I signed up with ?? makes no sense Is there not a way for me to make sure they leave their email so the download will go to their email address and I will have it stored.

    Too Costly

    Sellfy is too costly.. Use https://www.FileCash.net instead.. Works just the same... No restrictions on downloads.. and you can upload 100 items and use their download buttons and links..

    You can only add the little buy now buttons?!

    Having signed up for a monthly $18 at Sellfy.com and spent an entire day setting up my store and branding at Sellfy, ready to get my shop open on my site, I broke out into a cold sweat when it quickly became apparent that all you can add to your site are little Buy It Now buttons. That's it. Not the shop itself I've made; just little buttons. Not the audio previews I'd made and added to my Sellfy shop; no picture preview (I made elaborate 3d digital download boxes); not the write-ups on the products I'd penned. Not only this, but despite linking my fully paid up account, the app is saying to 'upgrade'... SO frustrating. Sellfy is a good site by all accounts. Sellfy + Wix is absolutely lame. I've written to Sellfy and unless I'm totally mistaken (and i'll rectify this review if I am) I'll be cancelling my account and finding another way to sell digital downloads.

Sellfy.com Professional plan and our Sell Downloads app for Wix were never meant to be used together. They are separate services that don't complement each other. Due to some technical error, you were allowed to sign up for both and this resulted in your frustration. Our bad. Please write to wix-support@sellfy.com and we will see how we can solve this.

      Hi Lisa, We're sorry that it's taking so long to resolve these issues. However, it really appears to be a matter of miscommunication and misunderstanding. We've instructed how to do the re-upload several times, but nothing seemed to be changed. There is not a bug in our system in this case. Also, your app upgrade was done incorrectly and so it's not working properly due to that. We're doing our best to resolve this.

    UNRELIABLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY, i pay a Monthly Subscription but it's NOT WORKING! It says Trial Expired!

    I have a monthly subscription for sellfy (Sell Downloads App), and i just discovered it is not working, It is telling me to upgrade since my trial has expired, but i have been paying a monthly subscription for months now...I have no idea for how long this has been happening (Probably Weeks/Months who knows how much business I've lost, and this is affecting my website's reputation. I even have this month's invoice for my subscription payment, BUT I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND HELP FROM ANYONE...not from sellfy and not from wix I've been a subscriber for months now and i am considering canceling my subscription, this service is unreliable, untrustworthy, who knows if our goods are even safe...

For now I can tell you that your Premium subscription is active and so there may be a specific temporary issue which is unrelated with the subscription payment.       Hi there, We can see why you may be upset about it. And we're sad to see that the app doesn't meet your needs. We do offer a free 14-day trial which is exactly like the full version of the app. Within the trial, you can create as many products as you want to.

However, if we were to offer a free option, the app would be of very little use to you as we would have to make some features unavailable. ;) We are currently not considering a Pricing plan change, although it may happen in the future. We do offer a 14-day free trial where you can see if the features we offer suit your needs. :)

    So far can't even get set up. Says incorrect username/ password and yet no options

    No option to request new password, no option to work out how to login and even get started. Very disappointing.

    Poor Customer Service & Page Not Found Errors

    It drives me nuts that I have LOTS (like hundreds) of subscribers trying to download my digital product and they are getting PAGE NOT FOUND pop up. Yes, they get the download through their email eventually but they get aggravated and leave my membership. It's very unprofessional! Not to mention, I've contact Sellfy support (and should I mention there's no phone number, only email) and they don't reply until the next day. Even at that point, they tell me it must be a server issue b/c they can't find a problem. Not true--other feedback on here says the same thing. And yes I've told my customers to not use the outdated Internet Explorer, only to use Chrome or Firefox. I'm very disappointed in the customer service as they've left me hanging. No response after the first email reply that there's nothing wrong.

    Where do I log in to close my account

    I have been trying to log in to close my account, but I can't find it. It will let me upgrade but not close. HOW DO I CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT??????????
