    name your own price

    I am looking for a possibility for a name-your-own-price button and forms. Maybe with an minimum but free price. Is something like that available?

      Hi, yes that's possible! You can enable the Pay-what-you-want function for digital products allowing customers to set their own price at checkout (including a minimum price if you like).

    Hi I got the Premium account, can you please tell me how much this function will cost after the 2 weeks trial ? I´m sorry that I didn't rate max, but I haven't tried the app yet :-)

    Dont like this

    It doesn't work well for me on my WIX site. Feels awkward and bolted on. Why do I have to navigate between both sites? To date still have not got this to work for me and Im still paying for it.

The app can be used from the app menu within Wix, so you shouldn't need to alternate sites. The app use and the customer's checkout experience will be right on your page!     Confusing?

    Why does it say $9.99 here on wix.com with 14day trial but you have to sign up on Sellfy's website which then says its $29.99 per month (with a trial also)? so the add-on is $9.99 but you still need to pay $29.99 additional for the service? If I'm right, its very misleading. If i'm wrong, its very confusing

      Hi! I see there's been a misunderstanding. The Sell Downloads app on Wix.com and Sellfy.com are two different services and you certainly don't need both to use either of them. In fact, signing up for both with one account will disable the Pro functionalities on Sellfy.com as the app will override those. So, it is not advisable to sign up for both services simultaneously. All the information relating to the Sell Downloads app on Wix is available in the Wix App Market.

      Hi! The limit for each product is 5GB. Plus, you can upload up to 25 product files. The total size for all the files within a single product is 5GB.     No cart function for Wix.

    Easy to use and set up but no shopping cart function on Wix, which makes it an expensive gamble. If someone wants to buy multiple items they have to keep paying for each individually - most people won't want to do that and so you lose customers. I hoped this would solve an issue for me but looks like I'll go back to using e-Junkie.

      Hi, Thank you for sharing your honest opinion about your experience with our app. Indeed, we don't offer a shopping cart functionality with the app, so it's not possible for your customers to purchase multiple items at a time. To add, all features and functionalities are described in the Sell Downloads app window on the Wix App Market. As you can see, there is no mention of a shopping cart. We'll make sure to note your feedback for future improvements.

    Emails Sent To Customers Gives Them Links To Sellfy Store That You Can Barely Edit Even If You Pay

    *Update 2#* Still keeping it at 2 stars. But wanted to add that when someone hits your buy button, there is no red X at the top right of the pop up, or some indicator they can close the popup. Also my site is red/black/white , using red buy now buttons and the popup uses green. No way to change this. But the fact they can only close the popup if they click away from it or click the back button on the phone is not good. Not a huge deal. But I used to deal with a lot of people when I was running game servers. Something like this will confuse people. It might not lead to less sales. But it's certainly not leading to more. I edited this review from 1 star to 2. Only b/c I can get it working. It may not look great, and not worth 9.99 a month. But like with everything you buy in this world, its half a$$ed just enough to work. I bought the app. The email it sends when someone buys something is VARY bad. It gives them 2 download links and 2 other links at the top of the email. The links at the top send them to your sellfy store ( not on your website ), and that link is the only way you can edit that store! The 2 download links are great but they both do the same thing, sends them to the store download screen. the two links at the top of the email should be removed and there should be only 1 download link.

    Couldn't change the size of the button or font style/size

    Seemed like a great idea, but the button is tiny, and I was unable to change font style/size or the button size.

    Additional fees ?

    As we pay the 10$ for Sell Downloads, do we have extra fees from PayPal or is it included in the 10$ ?

    Really great app BUT!

    Love the app, but for some reason when users on Firefox or Chrome purchase items, a popup comes up saying "Page Not Found," The product sale still goes through and the user gets their download but its very unprofessional to have that pop up on my store.. Wondering if this is a bug, haven't seen ANYONE else with this issue.

    I will be selling video tutorials online. What is the security of this feature? I was told 128 bit AES HLS encryption is needed in order for it to be truly secure unlike vimeo and many others where content can be easily stolen and downloaded?

      Hi there! Thanks for enquiring about this! Our security protocols are up-to-date and there is virtually no way to get a download without buying it. The difference here is that Sellfy isn't a content 'display' platform. The product files are safely uploaded in our system and can't be previewed or downloaded without payment (or if it's a free product, without the necessary steps to getting the download link in your inbox).     Are there any future plans to update your app?

    Hi there - I really need your App. I would much rather use something that is clearly supported by WIX then have to look elsewhere and have the issue of making it work. I have only read the reviews and I can see where I will have an issue before I even bother trying. I am marketing to Australians and therefore need the pricing to be in AUD not USD and I'd also prefer there to be credit card or invoice payments made available as well. Is there any future plans to update your app? Thank you

It will take up to a couple of months for it to be finished, and it's going to have extended functionality, similar to the full Sellfy.com store package.     Missing some important features...

    After Cloudswipe disappeared from Wix I was left with Sellfy as the only other option. I find the system frustrating, there's no way to send out free products, no way to put on a discount code, can't use PDF stamp and my account on the Sellfy website is treated as a free account even though I pay through Wix so don't have access to all the features. As this is the only option it looks like I'm stuck with Sellfy!

    Good idea but pricing is weird

    Very nice to be able to add Sellfy to my WIX site, but I don't get the pricing. Why am I able to have a free sellfy account, be able to upload my videos there and sellfy charges 5%. And on wix I suddenly have to pay 10$ per month!! That is so much compared to the normal sellfy subscription. No it's easier to just create a link to my sellfy website, than to integrate this app. Pretty useless now..

    Space and Integration of Additional Payment Systems

    As already indicated by somebody else regarding CC etc, please include support for 'Payoneer' and 'Skrill' etc. For your information, PayPal is not operative in certain countries like Pakistan. Though it is second largest market of 'Freelance' business in the world. Storage of only 2 GB may be doubled at least or 'Unlimited' would be best. Regards

    How come you can't link to items you created on Sellfy website?

    I put items on Sellfy website, however it appears with this app, all you can do is create new items (upload them) and NOT select things already on Sellfy website you already have on sale... which is a nuisance. It appears when you DO upload through the app, the items DO appear ont he website, but it does not work the other way around. Unless I am missing something please make it so you can just add the app and connect items already on sale on sellfy... If there is something I am missing please let me know. Thank you!

    Pricing is an issue

    I want to sell music tracks but I can't set the price of a single track at less than GBP 0.90 unless I change the currency (I guess). This is really inconvenient and I would like to know the reason for this but there is no explanation anywhere.
