Started off on the wrong foot but ended on a high

We have had the app installed for a while and have been reasonably happy with it. Recently, I had to contact support because we had made some major changes to our Wix store that created problems with the search function. Initially, it was difficult to get the help I needed. They kept asking for more info and wanted me to spend a lot of time downloading Loom in order to make a screen recording when a couple of screen shots were clearly sufficient. Finally, they agreed to create a fix for the main issue we were having. It took 2 or 3 iterations but they finally came through. Like most tech support departments, they assume the customer should know as much about their product as they do, even though there isn't even a manual, and they don't provide detailed enough answers to your questions about how to fix your problem. The bottom line is that ultimately they went out of their way to help me and even spent the time to provide a custom fix. I really appreciate that!

I use it on my online shop, it works. When I changed domain was some problem with connecting with new domain. But support very quick answered and helped with that problem. Thanks a lot!

Nice app but needs some fixes ........

It works really fine overall but I have problems when changing pictures or prices in the store's items, these changes are not indexed and do not show up in the searches, not even if updating manually.

Works well and good customer service

Seems to work well, and excellent customer service based on recent interactions. I would prefer to have a bit more flexibility over the visual design (I have found it tricky aligning it with other elements in my header) but other than that it seems good so far.

[Free version] Not sure what people are complaining about

The "it doesnt work" people probably don't understand / know what they're looking for. I've installed the trial version and it works like a charm. Already has indexed my product data and will search. And shows me search stats. Definitely going to upgrade and will provide updated rating.

[Update] A little more than a week after contacting the support team the problem was finally solved. [Original message] The search button wasn't working. I renewed my subscription and contacted the support team. They suggested that I talk myself to wix. They sell a BAD PRODUCT and they want me to solve the problem. Still waiting for the solution. It's a FRAUD.

easy and fast

nice programm , i have the free version it seems functionable. The most important for me is the communication with the support that is fast and the representative knows excactly to give you answers.

Missing "Exact Keyword" search feature

Hi there, I'm planning on making clients search and verify a certificate of authentication number on my site, but however when they type out the number out example 00134000 it shows them results for Pages with "00134000" and "00134001" because it also includes the "0013400" part in it, which I don't want. I want them seeing only one result based on the feature that should be added showing results with EXACT keywords search, that way customers who will type "00134000" will only see the page result for 00134001. If this feature can be added on the next release very soon, then I will definitely switch to a paid plan as I would really need that for my business.
