    Works but the design could be better

    It's good but the design is a bit tacky and to see your search results you have to go to your published site.

    The product images in the search are not synchronized.

    The product images have long been replaced. I systematically click "Sync Site". The product is found, but the picture of the product remains the same.

    Does not show search button on mobile devices

    It's very difficult to use this modul on mobile devices. When you look for something, you have to click on magnifier to confirm your searching. The magnifier is on the left, so it's very weird. I have already wrote to support team. So hopefully they will help soon

    upgraded plans do not sinc daily.

    I have had multiple products that have had old images for 9+months. I have tried to work with the company to figure out why the updated plan I pay monthly for does not sinc "daily" as indicated. I've tried to contact them again and now can't even do that.

    Documents from Google Drive (app) integrated in Wix does not search

    I have integrated Google Drive in Wix site. My PDF files are there in G-drive not on Wix. However when I search on Wix page the documents in Google Drive does not show up in the search result on Wix

    Search results showing old prices

    Been using this product for a while, but lately there's a huge bug that isn't fixed. I've changed the prices of my products in my store, but the search results shows the old price, there's nothing I can do to "refresh" their cache no matter how many times I've sync the site. DO NOT BUY THIS APP Unless they fix it, but seems like they haven't been responsive for quite a while now. Update: After getting in touch with them, they clear the cache from their end or something happened, it works fine now, and I'm pretty sure it's not the 15 mins propagate time, because I wasted 3 hours trying to work on it with no results, and it worked after someone reached out to me.

    Very Good App

    A good app this, mainly because there is no alternative at the moment. The only big downside is I would like to see a choice of either a search box or a magnifying glass (which opens to a search box when clicked). It's ok on a desktop website but on a mobile phone the search box is too big. the box can be made smaller but the problem is then when you type in the box only half the font is visible.

    I have tried but don't liked the overall layout

    The solutions that i have found is www.searchbar.org, its free, way more pleasing to the eyes, lightweight, with a mobile first design, for sure is the easiest to implement in any CMS with blazing fast results.

    E-commerce results (filters?)

    Hi, I upgraded, and was expecting to be able to SORT and FILTER e-commerce results as on all other store pages. Is this a feature I'm just missing? Or is it simply search results? Thanks

      Hi, For product results you'll be getting a filters bar above results. For content results (regular pages) - there are no filters. Sort order is by closest match to the search term.

    Result Page Colors and new tab settings problem

    I am able to change the search box color specs BUT the Result Page background or font colors does not work at all !!! Also when I set the page to open in new tab it does nothing !!!

      Hi! Just so you know - Once you install Site Search+ to your site, you start with the free plan, which is limited to 30 searches per month. Meaning people can search inside your site up to 30 times, overall, monthly. Once the limit of 30 searches is exceeded, the search box becomes hidden from your site, and in the site editor it's displayed in red.

    Too expensive

    Great tool but at the strength of the dollar to weaker currencies it becomes expensive. You should have a cheaper option.

    Great Customer service

    Really good search system, and fast support if anything goes wrong. It does however conflict with the related products bar (if you have one), which is located on the same page as my product. So the search results bring back products which are not related to the original search, as it finds them in the content of the product page, very annoying fault.

    Doesn't seem to integrate with the FAQ app

    It would have been nice if it integrated with the Wix FAQ app, allowing the search bar to output results that include the content there. Have been reasonably happy with this app, it does most of what it is advertised and seems to output a fair amount of summary search results. There is also some concern regarding whether this app affects the load time of the whole site.

    slow down loading time

    I can't believe wix doesn't its own searching box. this app really slow down loading time a lot. if wix don't provide its own one in the next few month. I got to go. sorry

    design

    The search is great but the design of the search page is not nicely designed and can not be designed. The app does not fully support the Hebrew language from right to left. You need to update the app
