Doesn't search half the time

The search results either open a page that doesn't exist or doesn't work at all

The app is not working for several hours today

And it's happening quite often to crash. Why?

Not worth

It doesn't show the products that are out of stock and only the highest tier, the most expensive one, is worth it. Also, and this one is just ridiculous, it shows products from other shop (maybe even from your direct competitors!) Install the Wix site search. It's way better. This one was good when Wix didn't have their own search bar.

It's not worth the money . Not very adaptable

Can't see why this costs so much. It will not show items that are out of stock. Clunky out dated user displays.

I actually thought it was to search ON SITE!

You search OTHER SITES in your wix page. LOL!

Search feature is working but not so customizable

Search results redirect to the live site although I'm in preview mode. Search screen, search icon are not customizable.

Does Not Synchronize

I added a keyword my product 48 hours ago and still has not synchronize!! Some help would be appreciated.

Slow... but does work.

This search bar has slowed down my site majorly. I am using the free version and couldn't figure out what was slowing down my sites loading time until now. I was going to upgrade hoping that would increase the loading time but I do not see anywhere that this would change anything. I might just have to delete it completely or move to another page where loading time is not as essential.

Unpleasant experience with the app.

In the first moments, the app didn't work, so I had to call upon the Technical Assistance. When I did that, they solved my problem, but the treatment was terrible. The app serves the functions as weel as it offers the appropriate features, according to my license, but due to the events mentioned before, there is no way to give a better rate to it.

Can't add and delete box in each page independently

Does not search product pages

Will only search the Shop page but not the individual product pages which have descriptions of the products in more detail. Need visitors to search for keywords that appear on the pages for each product.

Stuggling with Search

Hi, I have an issue that the product won't search the whole of my site. Is there a delay between adding new items and the ability of the search to find them ? I am using the free version to see if it does what we need before upgrading, currently i'm not impressed. When I add a new product and carry out a search 30 mins later is does not find the product ! Whats happening

the search doesnt work

our customer search for our sku codes or names product but your app doesnt bring any information however we confirm our search manually looking for the product in each page. we rae not receiving the service that we are paying.

Sad that Wix can't offer a better search app because this one sucks.

But most important we did not get a professional support. They said it won't work with restricted sites. About what restricted site we are talking about if we have an online shop and it works just well except this search tool? :)

Works Well, amost too well

The tool does what its supposed to...but almost too well I added it to my site (dance studio website). After testing for the word "ballet", it found every text, page....but also finds every image with the word ballet. These image were tagged and labeled for SEO purposes to I would prefer not to remove the text. Because of this, my search results were filled with Images before any pages showed up. I would prefer to ONLY have pages or specific content display. Unless you have a media site, no one searches your site for images. When we can exclude items such as .png, jpg etcs from the search results....perhaps I'd re add it

Llevo 4 meses usándola y me presenta este inconveniente constantemente, encuentra únicamente algunos archivos de los que necesito, y los otros sólo los puedo encontrar por otro nombre que no tiene nada que ver...

Me pueden comentar como funciona el tope de número de búsquedas (30), si es por día, por usuario, totales o lugares del sitio que se ubica la caja de búsquedas?

Design feature not working

I had the issue of not being able to change the font and design multiple times (despite upgrading the app), so I had SiteSearch help me. They fixed the issue that one time, but now that I want to change the font again, it's having the exact same issue.

It says installed

it says installed but show on screen. the formatting inside the search box setting does not work. The app is too heavy to load and reduces the load the time of the whole website. The entire wix website performance is pathetically slow.

Не настраивается

Добавляю модуль на сайт, нажимаю на кнопку Настройки и... открывается окно настроек, долго грузится, быстро выдает ошибку и потом остается пустым.

putting a word in the search bar more often then not brings up unrelated items. yes! i check the description of certain products and even changed words to no avail

I had to change my review because those responsible for this app don't know anything whatsoever. Emailed them and the lady told me well we never receive any question before so we don't know how to help you. What a nonsense

Hi, I'm on a premium plan. I'm looking to add a "search engine" onto my site to help my customers navigate the products they want. Can i add this App to my website with no further costs as I'm on a premium plan, or do i have to pay additional money on top of my premium plan for this? Thanks

Huge room for improvement

This app is a complete disappointment. I cannot even begin to count all the lost revenue from a search app that takes in excess of 10 minutes to crawl a site and locate a bar of soap ... especially when there's only 42 product listings for soap. If you're going to pay money for a search feature, steer clear of this one.

Unreliable

I have the word "comic book" right on the front page and yet this search engine tells me it can't find any results. Other word's I've searched for on my site show up, though. Yes, it's spelled correctly and shows up several times.

I want my wholesale people to be able to search an item by the SKU, but this search app won't let you.

Broken in iOS11

The widget is broken on ios 11 safari; auto suggest doesnt work nor does the "more" in search results. Writing to support yields no results, just back and forth emails with no resolution to issue.

hi, I installed already but then found out it did not support vietnamese language to find product in online store. it is very sad. Plz improve your language feature A.S.A.P because wix provide online store web for global customers with all kinds of language.

Disappointed

I want my website to be comfortable to use, so I decided to look for a feature that lets you search your site. I found this app, and I used it. I thought it would work fine, but I was already disappointed when I opened the settings. You have to buy a membership in order to enable certain options. Without membership, you can search only 30 times. Also, this is sometimes buggy, and when I tested it out the first time, I didn't get any results at all. It only works once in a while. Those are the reasons I am looking for a different site search application at the current moment.

App is falling down again and again...

It doesnt look very professional, when on every second visit, instead of searching box appear, there is message "Sorry, something went wrong".. if its not working, why do you show the message? We look like amateurs than :-/
