Doesn't search half the time

The search results either open a page that doesn't exist or doesn't work at all

The app is not working for several hours today

And it's happening quite often to crash. Why?

Not worth

It doesn't show the products that are out of stock and only the highest tier, the most expensive one, is worth it. Also, and this one is just ridiculous, it shows products from other shop (maybe even from your direct competitors!) Install the Wix site search. It's way better. This one was good when Wix didn't have their own search bar.

It's not worth the money . Not very adaptable

Can't see why this costs so much. It will not show items that are out of stock. Clunky out dated user displays.

Search feature is working but not so customizable

Search results redirect to the live site although I'm in preview mode. Search screen, search icon are not customizable.

Does Not Synchronize

I added a keyword my product 48 hours ago and still has not synchronize!! Some help would be appreciated.

Unpleasant experience with the app.

In the first moments, the app didn't work, so I had to call upon the Technical Assistance. When I did that, they solved my problem, but the treatment was terrible. The app serves the functions as weel as it offers the appropriate features, according to my license, but due to the events mentioned before, there is no way to give a better rate to it.

Can't add and delete box in each page independently

Does not search product pages

Will only search the Shop page but not the individual product pages which have descriptions of the products in more detail. Need visitors to search for keywords that appear on the pages for each product.

Stuggling with Search

Hi, I have an issue that the product won't search the whole of my site. Is there a delay between adding new items and the ability of the search to find them ? I am using the free version to see if it does what we need before upgrading, currently i'm not impressed. When I add a new product and carry out a search 30 mins later is does not find the product ! Whats happening

our customer search for our sku codes or names product but your app doesnt bring any information however we confirm our search manually looking for the product in each page. we rae not receiving the service that we are paying.

Find items removed from website, but not what is currently on there. Deleted and won't use again

But most important we did not get a professional support. They said it won't work with restricted sites. About what restricted site we are talking about if we have an online shop and it works just well except this search tool? :)

Works Well, amost too well

The tool does what its supposed to...but almost too well I added it to my site (dance studio website). After testing for the word "ballet", it found every text, page....but also finds every image with the word ballet. These image were tagged and labeled for SEO purposes to I would prefer not to remove the text. Because of this, my search results were filled with Images before any pages showed up. I would prefer to ONLY have pages or specific content display. Unless you have a media site, no one searches your site for images. When we can exclude items such as .png, jpg etcs from the search results....perhaps I'd re add it

Llevo 4 meses usándola y me presenta este inconveniente constantemente, encuentra únicamente algunos archivos de los que necesito, y los otros sólo los puedo encontrar por otro nombre que no tiene nada que ver...

Número de búsquedas, plan gratis.

Me pueden comentar como funciona el tope de número de búsquedas (30), si es por día, por usuario, totales o lugares del sitio que se ubica la caja de búsquedas?

Design feature not working

I had the issue of not being able to change the font and design multiple times (despite upgrading the app), so I had SiteSearch help me. They fixed the issue that one time, but now that I want to change the font again, it's having the exact same issue.

Huge room for improvement

This app is a complete disappointment. I cannot even begin to count all the lost revenue from a search app that takes in excess of 10 minutes to crawl a site and locate a bar of soap ... especially when there's only 42 product listings for soap. If you're going to pay money for a search feature, steer clear of this one.

SKU Search

I want my wholesale people to be able to search an item by the SKU, but this search app won't let you.

Broken in iOS11

The widget is broken on ios 11 safari; auto suggest doesnt work nor does the "more" in search results. Writing to support yields no results, just back and forth emails with no resolution to issue.

hi, I installed already but then found out it did not support vietnamese language to find product in online store. it is very sad. Plz improve your language feature A.S.A.P because wix provide online store web for global customers with all kinds of language.

Disappointing Customer Service replies

This seems to work pretty well but when I had questions some of the replies were less than what I would hope for. I ended up removing the app because I lost confidence that they could/would help when I may need it in the future.

The magnifier icon/button should be on the right, not on the left in the input field

Because there is no 'Search' button and the magnifier IS the button, it should be positioned on the right. This because the users first type, then hit the button...why they have to go from right to left (after they type) to hit the button? This small change would results in a big usability improvement...can you do this please? Thank you.

Theme Compat Issue?

This search option works well on a desktop. But it does not display (at all) on my iPad 3 and changes size (height) on iPhones and iPad minis. The developer says they can't help and that it's a Wix theme issue. I first spoke with Wix about it and they said talk to the developer. I feel like I'm getting the run around. These apps should work on all themes and all devices BEFORE they are released, period.

problems showing hidden pages

I'd like to use the site search, but have sensitive information for editors only, and cannot seem to sequester the search to prevent it from throwing into the public arena that private information... can you help?
