Works but the design could be better

It's good but the design is a bit tacky and to see your search results you have to go to your published site.

The product images in the search are not synchronized.

The product images have long been replaced. I systematically click "Sync Site". The product is found, but the picture of the product remains the same.

Does not show search button on mobile devices

It's very difficult to use this modul on mobile devices. When you look for something, you have to click on magnifier to confirm your searching. The magnifier is on the left, so it's very weird. I have already wrote to support team. So hopefully they will help soon

Not bad

Sometimes it works really good but sometimes it is really bad but the support team is there to solve the issue

upgraded plans do not sinc daily.

I have had multiple products that have had old images for 9+months. I have tried to work with the company to figure out why the updated plan I pay monthly for does not sinc "daily" as indicated. I've tried to contact them again and now can't even do that.

Documents from Google Drive (app) integrated in Wix does not search

I have integrated Google Drive in Wix site. My PDF files are there in G-drive not on Wix. However when I search on Wix page the documents in Google Drive does not show up in the search result on Wix

Search results showing old prices

Been using this product for a while, but lately there's a huge bug that isn't fixed. I've changed the prices of my products in my store, but the search results shows the old price, there's nothing I can do to "refresh" their cache no matter how many times I've sync the site. DO NOT BUY THIS APP Unless they fix it, but seems like they haven't been responsive for quite a while now. Update: After getting in touch with them, they clear the cache from their end or something happened, it works fine now, and I'm pretty sure it's not the 15 mins propagate time, because I wasted 3 hours trying to work on it with no results, and it worked after someone reached out to me.

Very Good App

A good app this, mainly because there is no alternative at the moment. The only big downside is I would like to see a choice of either a search box or a magnifying glass (which opens to a search box when clicked). It's ok on a desktop website but on a mobile phone the search box is too big. the box can be made smaller but the problem is then when you type in the box only half the font is visible.

How to enable a marker when searching words?

I don't know how to enable a marker / shader on the searched text

I have tried but don't liked the overall layout

The solutions that i have found is www.searchbar.org, its free, way more pleasing to the eyes, lightweight, with a mobile first design, for sure is the easiest to implement in any CMS with blazing fast results.

Search Videos?

Does this help with video search? If a visitor searched a certain topic, would the videos on my site appear in the results?

E-commerce results (filters?)

Hi, I upgraded, and was expecting to be able to SORT and FILTER e-commerce results as on all other store pages. Is this a feature I'm just missing? Or is it simply search results? Thanks

Result Page Colors and new tab settings problem

I am able to change the search box color specs BUT the Result Page background or font colors does not work at all !!! Also when I set the page to open in new tab it does nothing !!!

Great tool but at the strength of the dollar to weaker currencies it becomes expensive. You should have a cheaper option.

Great Customer service

Really good search system, and fast support if anything goes wrong. It does however conflict with the related products bar (if you have one), which is located on the same page as my product. So the search results bring back products which are not related to the original search, as it finds them in the content of the product page, very annoying fault.

Doesn't seem to integrate with the FAQ app

It would have been nice if it integrated with the Wix FAQ app, allowing the search bar to output results that include the content there. Have been reasonably happy with this app, it does most of what it is advertised and seems to output a fair amount of summary search results. There is also some concern regarding whether this app affects the load time of the whole site.

slow down loading time

I can't believe wix doesn't its own searching box. this app really slow down loading time a lot. if wix don't provide its own one in the next few month. I got to go. sorry

design

The search is great but the design of the search page is not nicely designed and can not be designed. The app does not fully support the Hebrew language from right to left. You need to update the app

Good, but premium too expensive

So far so good with the free plan, but honestly, eCommerce add-ons for a fee really start to add up, and while a site search is important, $5 a month is just too high. sorry! :(

Great but only in PREMIUM

Great search app, BUT you really MUST buy the premium version to get anything out of it. The "free" part is just to whet your appetite.

Results arent always there

Its a good app but I have a problem where I can search something like, "Photoshop" and it shows up, But when I type something like "Blender" it said that there are no results. Even tho I have blogs w/ those names.

Sorry, but i want to stop using this application, because it is not needed anymore for my site. Again, sorry, but how can i delete it? There is no search result page in my list of pages, and when i "open" this app it brings me to that page, but i could'nt delete it by pressing DELETE on my keyboard while selecting the search-results-pannel... I don't got any idea of how i could ever delete it... Can you please help me?

Can it search under traditional Chinese? also I had the same question as the previous reviewer, can it search only under my website?

I've changed my rating from 1 star to 3!

I've improved my rating I left for you a few weeks ago as I feel it's now working better. I would like to make one IMPORTANT suggestion to the change in appearance of the search bar.... when someone types a word in the search bar and it finds results, at the bottom in small writing it says "All results for...". This isn't clear that a user can click on it to see more results. Can you please change it to something like "Click here to see all results for..." and please make the writing bigger so that potential customers see it clearly. If you make these changes I will definitely give it 5 stars!!! Thank you.

Problème de synchronisation!

En compte gratuit, il est précisé que la synchronisation s fait tous les 5 jours. Malheureusement je l'ai installé le 17/10/15 et depuis la synchronisation de s'est toujours pas faite! Du coup il n'a pas de mise à jour concernant l'adresse des pages.

Let me be honest

This is indeed a great search engine in fact I was lucky enough to write a testimonial on their official website after talking to the CEO. My problem is this, the blogger app contains over 150+ videos. I update the blog periodically for users and it would be great if the search field could find videos. My site is made for artists to find helpful documents, pictures, and of course videos. 2 of which work flawlessly but 2/3 is only 66% satisfaction that I pay $5 a month for... Additionally now that I notice, the search results don't seem to show ALL pieces with the correct title. I indeed have updated revised and changed my site accordingly so that the images will show and yes some do but not all... I want it to find and show ALL images...

Clarification on "30 Free searches"

The "Pricing and features" States this : "Number of searches Let your visitors conduct up 30 searches with our free plan or unlimited searches with our premium plan" Is that EACH customer can search up to 30 times (for free)? Or a TOTAL of 30 searches regardless of how many customers use it? If it is the latter, is that monthly, weekly or TOTAL? Just trying to completely understand. I paid for a Premium eCommerce package yet everything still seems a'la carte and costs me more and more when I REALLY feel a LOT of these features should be included in a eCommerce package. What customer wouldn't want to utilize a search?

Needs feature

This app is very bad for blogs. It takes keywords from titles and tickers, needs a function to set which pages to search.
