The best search app i have ever seen/ tried

I have chosen this app after careful considerations and i don't regret it at all. I simply love it! It search as it suppose to do a professional search engine. It is very easy to install, it looks nice and it gives you so many options which helps the marketing, it helps with the interaction between the customers with the e-commerce platform. I tried so many other search apps and I was not happy at all with any of the others till i met this app. I simply love it! And the support team is purely absolutely amazing. The best I have ever seen in my entire life, and in the entire world I must say. I face a lot of people in the entire word, but such a swift, professional and eager to help assistance is so very hard to find these days. Big BRAVO guys, and you have a 5 star plus from my side.

Excellent Service, and excellent functionality

I have been using this app as WIX Search has issues, namely their Fuzzy option is stuck on True unless one has programming capabilities one can't do much with it. But it's fuzzy selection doesn't really work correctly. Nevertheless I have been using Site Search from Fast Simon and it works great, brings up correct Blogs as per typed in keywords. Also the service is fast and they are quite attentive and understanding. Thanks you very much to Fast Simon and this great product! Will recommend in future to any one with similar issues.

I help run 3 sites which use this app and it was working great. Then something changed and we had it showing price when we didn't want it to. So, I reached out to customer support and they began emailing me almost immediately. The issue was fixed just as quickly too! Very responsive and friendly support!

Best Site Search tool for WIX sites

I must say this one is really great and works perfectly and the search page visual are nice as well... I was using it for free, now i'm gonna upgrade it to premium. If its possible please add new display visuals for the search bar... Keep up the good work. Thumbs Up!!!

Works alot better than WIX own search

WIX search doesnt search all products ie WIX art store. THIS DOES. Thanks, great app.

Great Search AND Support

The app was easy to install and when I need assistance with it finding new products in our storefront, a support person helped me promptly.

Good for my site

I installed this instantly and found it very easy to customise. I didn't get that you had to sync after making page name changes and so on, but after that became clear, everything was, and is, very good. My site uses static pages and for my WIX site this was exactly what I needed. Easy to use, easy to customise, and the results display is very neat. Happy to pay the premium price for this as it is a huge improvement to my WIX site. PS - I found the customer service to be extremely fast and very helpful indeed.

I had issue with Site Search for Mobile view. I tried to fix it many times but it did not work until I decided to get a support. Even with the support, I almost give up but the Site search team tried their best to support me. I was surprised that they solved my concern. It is now working in our mobile view. Update: I encountered new issue with my site after my mobile view issue was fixed. It happened when I made some changes in URL which caused some major problems. My patience was really tested, however, Kate who is the Customer Success Manger was there to support me. I am glad that my website is now working properly. Thank you Kate! I highly recommend this app. A great app with superb customer service! :)

Brilliant App!

This app has increased sales very quickly. Well worth the money for upgrade to premium! So good for SEO too! Just make sure you get the design of the search bar right and wait 15 mins for the app to sync initially. Unfortunately it will still tell you that sync is in process even when it's finished. If it doesn't seem to be working properly first look carefully at your search box design. Initial support communication was fast but only included a scene shot without any words. However my query about this was quickly addressed and an apology made so the initial teething problems were very quickly sorted out and not even a week later we wouldn't be without it.

I find this search bar really great. I did have some teething issues when i first started using it but contacted InstantSearch via email and received incredible customer service back. they replied straight away to my emails, very knowledgeable & helpful and honestly were probably the best customer service team i have ever dealt with. strongly recommend this App.
